Our room outlet pugs was not workin and they don’t have electrician. They offer to different room but we have move all the stuff from that room. I didn’t expected

Very family friendly especially with young kids. The pool had a fun waterside and the hot tub was huge. There is also a family/game room. Everything was very clean. The food at the hotel was also very delicious. Highly recommend!

It was a great location to get out to Wembley where we were attending a wedding & reception. There were some areas of our room that could use some attention as the bathroom door was very sticky & you had to pull really hard to close/open it therefore making noise that woke our granddaughter. I’d also suggest to make the ironing board on the closet door more stable so when opening & closing it doesn’t make so much noise. Once we learned this we were more cautious with these doors. Oh yeah! The sink didn’t plug so you couldn’t fill it. Small things but you asked! 😁. All in all a nice place to stay just a couple “awarenesses” to be aware about when have a baby in the room. Oh yeah! If you need a bathtub this place is not the one to choose.

From the moment you walk into the lobby(which smells fantastic by the way-not sure what scent they use in the lobby but it is quite lovely),, to the clean, spacious room, and the comfortable luxurious bedding, this hotel was a great place to stay.

Pretty sure I’ve given this hotel multiple 5 star reviews. It’s a fav. Only downside is the heat levels in the gym…. Need to do something about that.

my stay was short and successful. the staff was great. the underground parking was a bonus. Starbucks in the lobby was a nice touch.
