Front desk staff was friendly and efficient. Breakfast staff was on top of keeping the busy buffet supplied and had a great sense of humor! This was one of the nicest and cleanest hotels!

We are happy with our stays at Holiday Inn Express and Suites. They are consistent with their good customer service and clean rooms and facilities. I did report to the desk that our settee/sofa was stained, making it too gross to sit on. I'm sure they will clean it up. Also, can Holiday Inn offer real cream to serve with coffee instead of Coffee Mate that is full of corn syrup, hydrogenated vegetable oil, and artificial flavors? Thank you.

The continental breakfast was so much better than expected! Happily surprised! Very clean & comfortable rooms. Friendly staff greeted us in the spacious lobby with freash cookies. A great stay for a quick overnight stop.

The pool was great and the HOT tub was even better. I really appreciate that they had a small area where you can purchase items to eat or drink. That was nice since you didnt have to drive or walk to an place

Disappointing stay at a Holiday Inn property. Common areas appear to be in need of a deep clean and our room had an odor that didn’t smell clean. We were traveling and were only there for a quick overnight stay. Otherwise I would have considered a different hotel.
