Perfect location for our recent visit to Manhattan. Right in the heart of Aggieville - within walking distance (2-3 minutes) of So Long Saloon, Tanner’s or Taco Lucha. If drinks are needed - plenty of options either in Aggieville or the hotel terrace. For breakfast, skip the $11.95 the hotel charges and hit Varsity Donuts literally around the corner! Check in was easy, rooms were clean and beds were extremely comfortable! Parking is on site for a small daily fee (worth it). Definitely will be returning.

The rooms were great. The parking garage and lobby areas had overflowing trash cans and just not picked up well.

Good but not excellent
This is a nice hotel, but a bit odd because the first two floors are parking. (You have to go to the 3rd floor to get to the lobby). Not a big deal, just a little different.
Positives: Clean and quiet, and staff was friendly.
Negatives: nothing major. The television's HDMI cable was completely unhooked from both the TV and the wall, so I went ahead and connected that myself in order to watch TV. The fridge was warmer than the room, but I didn't need it bad enough to investigate whether it didn't work or was just not turned on. The shower was a walk-in (as I requested), but the door-less design leaked quite a lot of water onto the bathroom floor.

The receptionist was extremely rude at check in. The room was unclean when I entered (feces in toilet, hair covering the shower floor, and random nails on the floor) I then told the receptionist the room was unclean to be told a manager would contact me, just to hear nothing back. The parking garage is nice but if you have to leave after 10PM on a weekend the one way road out of it is barricaded and blocked by hundreds of people. Close to great food and music but if you aren’t a party person seems extremely unfit. 10/10 would never book again and 3 days later have yet to hear from the manager.

Little Apple getaway
Great location and comfort. We had to pay for garage parking but that was on us as we were rushing to attend a wedding and didn’t have time to get our parking pass validated. Wish he nice to improve that process.
Have to say the check in process was the easiest out if any hotel stay

我们傍晚时分抵达酒店，原本希望能在餐厅/酒吧放松一下。结果发现所有桌子都没打扫干净，更糟糕的是，酒吧菜单上的酒几乎全部售罄，连啤酒也一样。我和丈夫想买瓶酒庆祝一下，却发现没有白葡萄酒。好不容易找到一瓶够倒两杯的酒，结果发现所有的酒杯都是脏的。服务员指着两个脏兮兮的酒杯说，他们只能提供香槟杯代替传统的葡萄酒杯。
酒店怎么会连酒杯都没有呢？为什么服务员不肯清洗脏杯子来满足顾客的要求或者促成交易呢？
前台那位年轻的姑娘（她人很好，非常乐于助人，也很亲切！）主动上前指导吧台后面的两位员工去清洗酒杯。她出色的客户服务和领导能力值得加薪和表扬。
我们路过此地，是因为我们买了一辆很棒的新车，想庆祝一下。你们酒店当时正好有优惠活动，我们可能还会在这里吃顿饭。但是因为你们的酒吧酒水种类匮乏，而且服务员连洗几个杯子都不愿意，所以你们错失了一笔酒吧和晚餐的生意。
说实话，我对你们的酒吧酒水选择非常失望。
员工服务真是太棒了。我之前住的酒店房间空调坏了，所以不得不换到这家万豪酒店。到的时候我心情很糟，但酒店员工非常热情，帮我把行李搬到了房间。我对他们赞不绝口。以后来曼哈顿我肯定只住这家酒店了。
房间很干净。步行即可到达餐厅。房间对面街边的餐厅一直有现场音乐表演，声音很大，直到凌晨2点。枕头非常不舒服。房间里有电视，但有人拔掉了电源插头，我不得不把电视从墙上取下来重新插上。
我的房间很棒，干净漂亮，床也很舒服，睡得很好。淋浴间很大，使用起来也很方便。非常棒的体验。
唯一不太好的地方是停车费从每天 16 美元涨到了 40 美元，而且没有事先解释。
