Expected better
Bed was uncomfortable, shower drain had not been cleaned and was clogged with hair. Elevator seemed to be on its last leg. Service staff were excellent and we enjoyed Boston’s Pizza.

As for your concern of the elevator, please rest assured that we are contracted with an elevator company that conducts preventative maintenance on our elevators to ensure that everything runs safely. That said, we take guest feedback seriously, and we will be reaching out to them. I hope you choose to stay with us again when your travels bring you back to the area.
