感觉算是当地比较好的酒店了,环境服务那些都挺不错的,工作人员也可以用英语进行交流,没有出现什么不便,酒店对面还有一个便利店。
该酒店地理位置在区域内算中等,距离热门景点有一定距离,需打车或乘坐公交。房间空间够用,放置行李后活动不拥挤。床品舒适度一般,部分旅客可能觉得偏硬。服务人员态度平和,有需求时能及时响应,但主动服务意识不足。整体无突出优势,也无明显短板。
初级套房非常宽敞,但家具的摆放可以更合理一些。比如床头柜,就只是一个圆桌,连个抽屉都没有。浴缸的出水口突出到浴缸宽度的一半,对小孩子来说是个安全隐患。我们认为润肤乳应该是基本备品,但这里竟然没有提供,甚至是我们要求了之后也没有。早餐种类很多,但蛋白质选项非常有限。这里有一些儿童活动,但都需要额外收费。
这家酒店的一切都很好。地理位置优越,打车去火车站、当地商场和Batu都很方便。我们在这里住得很舒服。酒店内有3家餐厅,提供的食物非常美味。工作人员非常友好和乐于助人。健身房和游泳池等设施都达到了很高的标准。房间非常干净现代,还能看到很棒的山景。
设施很新,房间卫生打扫干净,酒店房间景色不错。是Malang最好的酒店,是去Bromo火山度假首选。
这是我第一次带着宝宝自驾游,我们选择了马朗美居大酒店,因为它声誉卓著,好评如潮。很高兴地说,这次体验名副其实。
我们入住的房间很干净,还能欣赏到壮丽的山景。刚到的时候,酒店最初给我们安排了一个还在打扫的房间,但工作人员很快就发现了错误并及时纠正了。我们还要求了一张婴儿床,很快就送到了,没有任何问题。
浴室里洗漱用品很齐全,衣架也很多。淋浴水压很足,非常舒服。
住宿期间我使用了健身房和游泳池。健身房设施齐全,有深蹲架、一整套哑铃、一台拉力机和两张卧推凳。游泳池的水温很舒服,体验很好。
我们的房间包含早餐,食物种类非常丰富。整个服务过程都热情有礼。我觉得咖啡柜台的咖啡师在制作卡布奇诺的技能上可以多加培训,但总体来说还是可以接受的。
我以后肯定还会再来这家酒店的。我还附上了一些照片,希望能帮助其他考虑预订这里的人。再次感谢马朗美居团队给我们带来了愉快的住宿体验!
这仍然是孩子们每次来马朗都最喜欢的酒店。除了地理位置好,酒店对孩子也很友好,为孩子们准备的活动也同样精彩,让人感觉宾至如归。我们几乎每个月都来这儿!感谢你们的热情款待!
设施:应该是玛琅最好的酒店,整体都很不错
卫生:卫生还可以
环境:周边吃饭的地方比较少,还好酒店有几个餐厅,但是价格有点小贵
隔音效果很差。能听到客房服务员在走廊说话、楼上走路的声音,还有隔壁洗澡的声音。酒店设施也很一般,跟三星级酒店差不多。只提供了一双拖鞋。退房的时候等了很久,因为他们要检查房间,以防有什么东西不见了。
Hot water kettle is not automatic, you have to shut it off manually.
可能是和当地水质有关系,床单被罩毛巾等需要洗的都不太干净,但相对来说,已经是玛琅最好的酒店了,性价比很好,住宿体验也还不错
