Suite was comfortable - the full size refrigerator and stove was an added benefit. Beds were also quite comfortable.

Despite having a reservation, the hotel did not have a room for me when I arrived from an 8 hour drive. Front desk stated that there was an email sent about the cancelation of my reservation. I never received any email regarding a cancelation. The only assistance the front desk provided, was suggesting that I check at the hotels around for a room. Very agitated and upset about this.

There was not an ATM, and the night clerk stayed in the back and took forever to answer the bell...
Other than that, it was very nice

EVERY DAY, between 4pm and 4 am I dealt with cigarette smoke coming into the bathroom, via the exhaust fan. I verbally told the front desk 4 times, and Emailed once. It was my first and last stay there.

I have stayed in 18 hotels in the past 21 nights. The Mainstay in Carlisle, PA was one of the least expensive, and by far the best experiences. The GM, Jessica should be managing a Ritz- Carlton next.

Great Hotel
Great hotel, friendly staff, clean rooms. The bed was particularly comfy. The only negative was the wifi, which was unstable and slow.
