We arrived a little early on Sunday afternoon, interrupting a family gathering yet hotel greeted us with open arms, smiling and excusing itself for having family over.Hotel staff were great hosts, friendly, intelligent, informative bet never intrusive. The Master Suite in which we stayed was very well appointed with a nice ensuite bath. The breakfasts served were not only ample but delicious with a great selection of fruits, yogurt, breads and cereal, all served up in conjunction with a hot dish. We made friends with these fine people and were truly sorry to leave.

Very poor experience...they should improve everything..staff,food,service,behavior...they are very rude..they didn't even listen sometimes what we wanted to say...bedsheet n room n bathroom was very dirty..I asked for cleaning..they didn't clean

Staff is very rude, lots of hygiene issues, bedsheets were very bad, Overall it was a very very bad experience. However the food was not good. Did not enjoy the stay at this hotel, very very poor experience
不是很好。我们转机时在德里住了一晚。酒店位于非常贫困的地区，工作人员非常冷漠。房间非常非常糟糕。浴室超级脏……连公共厕所都更干净。用信用卡付款成了一场闹剧，几天后，酒店试图通过收取“未入住”费用来欺骗我们。简而言之：不推荐。
非常一般，抵达后住一晚还可以接受。不是很干净而且很质朴。友好的员工。距离机场比较近。卫生还有待改进。可接受的性价比
