酒店位于火车站附近，位置好，离地铁站很近，早餐也很丰盛，特别是在浴室里有一个应急的拉锁，非常人性化。安全意识高。
美伊冲突，卡航取消滞留罗马，订了一晚，没有太多期待，没想到酒店还行，有窗有一次性用品，中规中矩，房间很多，有2个电梯，离火车站很近，出门吃饭啥的都很方便。
走廊里还有饮水机可以接水，房间有一大瓶免费水，已经算比其他酒店好很多了，有烧水壶，可能与接待中国游客多有关系吧。
酒店离火车站挺近的，但是房间令人非常失望，我定的房型和实际的完全不一样，没有窗户，最后一个靠酒店内部的阳台，很阴暗，让携程跟酒店沟通也无果，很失望。
这酒店是意大利之行价格最贵，而且房间还小，隔音差，在房间可以清楚听到走廊声音，离火车站步行大概八九分钟，胜在方便
步行几分钟可达特米尼火车站和地铁站，距多个景点较近，周边餐饮购物便利，员工热情专业，能提供贴心帮助。酒店有一定年份，但维护良好。
非常满意的一次住宿！如果将来我和妻子再来瑞士，这家酒店一定是我们的不二之选。它紧邻火车站，却异常安静，出行也非常方便。早餐美味可口，在露台边欣赏美景边用餐，真是太幸福了。虽然想私藏，但真的非常感谢这家酒店！
设施：设备齐全，房间有点小，加床软塌
卫生：洗手间不大，三个人有点小
环境：地理位置优越，离火车站5分钟步行路程，周边吃饭方便，热闹。火车站很安全，有持枪的警察。出行、购物方便，火车站附近有超市。
服务：一般，携程付费后还需要信用卡担保。每层走廊有自动取水机
很好的四星级酒店，桑拿很棒，周围都是很好吃的餐厅，随便吃都不会踩雷。
酒店位置非常好，离火车站和景点都非常近。
服务非常棒，给我们升级了房间，满足我们安静的要求，甚至注意到了文化差异，把四楼房间换到了五楼，哈哈。 很可爱！
我们订的是小双人间，但大小也够用了。床很舒服，床单干净，浴室里还有浴缸。酒店位置极佳，靠近中央车站（特米尼），步行即可到达斗兽场。附近有很多餐馆和酒吧。值得推荐。
房间不大但还算干净
前台服务很好，非常耐心，特殊时期发生了一点状况，很快帮我解决了，总之给前台和帮我换床单的服务员100分好评
