和三家朋友一起来到这家酒店入住，非常的愉悦，到各个景点走路都不太远，让我们感受了最热情的服务。很推荐。
房间比较干净，两个人行李箱打开空间都足够。前台入住比较顺利。距离火车站要走10几分钟。可以寄存行李。
酒店位置很好，适合周末游。步行即可到达主要景点，包括历史悠久、艺术丰富的宏伟教堂。也靠近特米尼地铁站，方便前往梵蒂冈。
酒店交通便利，员工非常棒，既友好又乐于助人。房间干净整洁，但以这个价格来说有点小。早餐是自助餐，选择多样，食材新鲜。
总的来说，这次入住体验还不错，但自助早餐的服务员非常粗鲁。他不停地收我们的盘子，每隔五到十分钟就问“吃完了吗？吃完了吗？”，很明显是想让我们快点吃完离开。第二天早上，他又对我们四个人重复了同样的问题，这真的让人很恼火。当时也没有其他客人在等位，我真不明白他为什么这么无礼。在罗马度假的早上，这让我们感到非常不愉快。
我们非常喜欢这家酒店。房间干净整洁，风格复古，浴室设施非常现代化，所需物品一应俱全，早餐也很美味。
服务非常棒。他们及时满足了我所有的需求，而且态度非常和善。强烈推荐！
入住时，前台有位白发苍苍的老爷爷，人特别和蔼，整个酒店给人的感觉也很舒适。房间很干净。晚上我身体不舒服，吐了还肚子疼，但房门有点卡住打不开。我向前台投诉后，他们处理得非常迅速和友善。一开始房间钥匙也不太好用，是清洁阿姨告诉我的。晚上如果开窗，会有街上的恶臭飘进来，原来是窗户关不严。这家酒店的好处是所有员工都很亲切。
酒店位置很好，从特米尼火车站下来走大约5-10分钟就到了，楼下还有一个Pam Local超市，很方便。酒店的装修风格我也很喜欢，浴室看起来像是新装修的，非常干净，这点我很满意。虽然靠近特米尼火车站，但它位于一条比我想象中宽敞的街道上，而且楼下有很多餐馆，所以晚上出门也很安全。最重要的是，酒店的服务特别好。在我抵达罗马之前遇到了一些问题，发邮件给他们，当天就能收到回复。前台是24小时开放的，所以即使我是凌晨抵达也能顺利办理入住。总而言之，这是一家非常棒的酒店！
前台服务的大叔态度很差，服务水平有待提高，酒店整体的卫生一般，比较破旧。和国内200/300块的酒店水平差不多，晚上出去，距离火车站比较近，有比较怪的年轻人在周围晃荡，安全感较差
从罗马旅行回来后预订的酒店。最满意的是酒店的地理位置，交通非常便利。此外，酒店前台员工的服务态度也让人感到很舒心。而且，这家酒店的性价比也超高，强烈推荐给来罗马旅游的朋友们！早餐也很用心，能享用到令人满意的早餐，非常棒！
