Friendly staff but room underwhelming. Dogs barking all night and a bed harder than concrete. Food at the restaurant was very good... only saving grace.

Clean, comfortable, modern hotel set in lovely gardens with a good restaurant, friendly staff and attentive service. We stayed here for one night to break the journey to Bajawa as overland travel in Flores is time consuming due to narrow, winding mountain roads. Definitely a good find.

The best one in Ruteng. Many times I spending my family Holiday in Ruteng and stay in Spring Hill. Super Clear, comfortable room and Excellent Service. Delicious breakfast with local test and local coffee. Beautifull Garden view from the room and restaurant

Rooms were clean and functional with toiletries, good showers and comfortable beds. Breakfast was very good and staff were friendly and helpful. There was no sound proofing at all though. We had to move as first room backed on to the road where there was a constant queue of lorries trying to go to get into the nearby fuel station. Even when we moved we could hear conversations in the adjoining rooms. Gardens might be nice but there is a lot of building work going on so all a bit of a mess. The restaurant for the evening was poor. It was like a cheap American diner with bright fluorescent lighting, no atmosphere and terrible food. Would definitely eat out if staying here.
