It is a very big resort at the back water of poovar but it is not maintained ,it's looking very old. The restaurant is on the first floor but there is no lift It's very difficult for old people to come there.The food is not as per Mahendra group standard . The spa therapist mr.sai gave a very good therapy.

We stayed in Club Mahindra Poovar with family and it was a very good stay. We enjoyed the narrow canal boating and Poovar Golden Sands beach. During the cruise we found many birds and pair of Kingfishers.

Came back recently to this resort with my family. It was good as usual and people are friendly. We stayed in a studio room on the second floor and it had nice view. There's no lift in the building anyway. Higher floor Rooms have good view. We enjoyed the warmth of team, to name Manikandan, bell boys etc. Thank you guys.

It was some good days spent at Club Mahindra Poovar. We were treated well by all the team members and rooms are well equipped. Resort has large open green areas and a lake view in one side. Good food, clean air and good staff here. Thank you, will suggest to our friends also.

It was a nice time we had at Club Mahindra Poovar. People are nice and supportive, have taken care of our requirements well. They nicely maintained the large resort and lawn areas. We would recommend for people who like to have a calm holiday here.

It was booked for a week well in advance and the stay was pleasant and enjoyable. Mornings with chirping of birds and evenings with a nice sunset view at the backwater area are relaxing and refreshing. It is located in a silent area with boating options right from the resort itself. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly and will come back.

我们通过Trip.com预订了一间池景房，但却被安排到一间有臭味且只能看到墙的房间。当我提出这个问题时，酒店声称他们没有我们在Trip.com上的预订记录，并拒绝承担责任。Trip.com上展示的照片和设施与实际情况不符。我上传了他们提供给客人的那栋建筑的照片，那里甚至没有电梯。
预订前，我曾致电酒店（顺便说一句，只能通过WhatsApp通话联系上，手机通话无人接听），确认房间允许入住的人数。他们明确告诉我可住4位客人。但抵达后，他们却以额外人员为由收取了额外费用，并否认曾给出过这个信息。
如果你通过任何应用程序预订，请注意——你只会入住照片中显示的那栋建筑里的房间，而不是那些高级的池景房。
如果想在该地区获得良好的度假村体验，我强烈推荐Poovar Island Resort、Sarovar或Isola Di Cocco——它们在服务、透明度和地理位置方面都远胜于此。
