The Hotel is on the main road and easily accessible. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. The bed sheets, towels etc. provided are clean. Food is delicious. The reason for lowering the rating 1. House Keeping Services at the hotel are bad. They take too much time (far beyond justifiable time) to fulfil even small requirements like providing water etc. Sometimes, one has to make reminder calls for the same. 2. The room locker was not working. House Keeping was informed. No one responded to the call. After a very long wait, a repeat reminder call was done and the lady who answered the call in a very casual manner said that she had informed the front desk regarding the locker and that please call some number which she gave and follow up on your own. This I am sure that is not acceptable in any way. This statement forced me to question the lady and remind her that it was her duty to follow up rather than asking us to follow up. In response, two persons reached our room - again after some delay. They confirmed that there was an issue with the locker and that they were sending someone else. As should by now be expected, there was no response. After a long wait, again the house keeping was reminded. Two persons came to the room again after considerable delay and appeared furious as they began arguing that the locker was working perfectly and why were we calling for the issue. They seemed to convey that they were doing us a favor by setting the locker functional. I presume that functional check of the locker should have been a check before allotting the room. 3. The keys for the car were handed over to the valet at around 5 - 5.30 AM. The guard on duty could not handle the car. So, I offered help as I had returned to collect my mobile which was left behind in the car. The guard did not inform me that he had left the keys in the car. After parking, I closed the doors and the car got locked. The guard began throwing blame and responsibility on me. No assistance of any sort was extended by the hotel to help me out. I arranged for a mechanic. Instead of resting, I was running about trying to organize things to retrieve the keys. As a result, I had to bear over Rs 3000/- to retrieve the locked keys.

My experience at Redisson was excellent. The rooms were clean, the ambience was pleasant, and the staff was very courteous. The food quality was also impressive. A gaming zone could be added to enhance the overall guest experience, especially for families and young visitors.

We had a great time staying and service was fantastic. All the staff were so amazing and went out of their way to get things done
酒店设施不错,有健身房、室外游泳池(有图)、室外羽毛球场、神庙(有图),据说还有网球场但我没找到。大堂、餐厅、院子里的环境都不错。餐厅味道也还可以,印度饭菜虽然不太适合中国口味,但胜在能吃饱,包早餐,晚餐在7点前点餐(人均1100卢比)、7点之后有自助(1599卢比加服务费),更喜欢自己点的餐。房间之外都很不错,但房间里面相当差,卫生不好,被子上斑斑点点(仔细看两张图片),吹风机上满是灰尘(有图),淋浴喷头上水垢也没擦干净;屋里很冷,19°C,虽然空调设为暖风模式,但吹出来的仍然是冷风;鉴于被褥卫生状况和房间温度,和衣而卧三个晚上。WIFI限制接入3台设备,一旦超过数量,所有设备都被踢出且不能再登录,我们屋里有两人、三台手机、两台电脑 结果第二天就登不进去了,投诉之后换了第二个住客的名字,才又进去了。这样的酒店携程也标为五星,还卖了小九百每晚,也是黑心了。
在卡希布尔出差两天后,我决定只在潘特纳加机场附近住一晚,于是预订了位于鲁德拉普尔市区的丽笙酒店。
下午晚些时候,当我走进酒店大堂时,就感受到了惊喜。这家现代化酒店的物业由团队维护得非常干净和专业。从前台工作人员办理入住手续并引导我到房间,到在餐厅享用晚餐,再到最终为我安排了早上6点45分(早于餐厅实际开放时间7点)的丰盛早餐,所有这些都让我对入住鲁德拉普尔丽笙酒店感到非常满意,并计划未来出差时一定还会选择这里。
