Hospitality is very good, I should say " Awesome " in Vivanta, Thane location, Isha, the front desk team member has quickly helped in suggesting a good hospital nearby and arranging a vehicle ***** with a security person to take my son to see a doctor in the very early hours, Isha was very spontaneous and arranged the things very fast. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Front desk team manager Kushal and another person had given us free upgrade on the room as the booked room was not available. It's a must visit Hotel.
