Excellent hotel. On tour with Newmarket holidays, this is our third hotel and best yet. Lovely hotel either great ambiance and friendly and helpful staff. Special shout out for Chef Raja and Chef Saravanan for my special dishes including a delicious Chilli Chicken. As Lao a special mention for Chef Rajesh for his service and friendliness.

The resort is huge and beautiful. One can always see a spectacular sunset. The place is covered with greenery. Rose garden, Sim's park and many more tourist attractions are near the resort. The rooms are very comfortable and lavish. All the amenities are available and if one needs more they can easily call and get their needs fulfilled quickly and hassle free. The hotel is very quiet and the environment is pleasant and soothing. The hotel is very clean and everything is in vintage style. Every penny you pay is worth it. Every staff member welcomes you with a lively smile and a will to help. Monica ma'am was very kind and she made our experience most memorable, and so did all the staff members.

食物一般般。
有些员工对房间问题不太上心，比如：
早上马桶冲水失灵；
等候早餐时，工作人员建议我们用餐（这看起来是个好意，因为早餐时间快结束了，不想浪费食物，但之后却要求我们付费，这一点应该提前告知的）；
公共洗手间区域没有打扫。
他们没有资格购买儿童食品，而且食品质量与价格也不符，这并不是一种很愉快的经历。
员工非常热情周到。我们入住的是314号房间。夜晚安静舒适。唯一美中不足的是床铺有点硬……我的背现在还留有余痛感，不过我已经不是二十岁了。酒店酒吧氛围温馨，花园也很漂亮，而且如果您愿意，还可以在下午5点享用下午茶，并获赠一份免费小食。餐厅的素食和非素食菜肴都非常出色，早餐也同样美味。毫不犹豫地推荐这家酒店。
优点： 不错的酒店，工作人员非常友好。莫妮卡尤其以友好、快速和专业的方式解决了我们所有的问题。
缺点：房间有强制通风，通常整夜运行，而且声音很大。
酒店位置优越，工作人员非常高效，房间舒适干净。早餐和晚餐，自助餐，可以接受，有新鲜的天然果汁。停车而且离市中心非常近。所有的工作人员都非常关心客人。值得推荐的
