This was our second time staying here but not so pleasant this time Food was average And some of the staffs didn’t pay attention to the room issues like flash not working in morning ; requesting to have breakfast during waiting time ( which looked liked a good gesture coz breakfast time was almost over and why to waste food but later asking to pay ( which should had been informed priorly ) Common washroom area not cleaned

It’s not very pleasant experience they are denied child food and food quality is also not matched with prices.

Un personnel très agréable et aux petits soins. Nous avions la chambre 314. Calme la nuit, confortable. Seule la literie pourrait être plus ferme ... mon dos s'en souvient mais je n'ai plus 20 ans. Un bar chaleureux, un joli jardin et si vous le souhaitez un "tea time" à 5h PM comme il se doit, collation offerte. Cuisine du restaurant veg et non veg excellente, petits déjeuners idem. Sans hésitation.

Pro: Schönes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Insbesondere Monica kümmerte sich freundlich, schnell und professionell um all unsere Anliegen. Con: Zimmer haben eine Zwangsbelüftung, diese läuft meistens die ganze Nacht und ist stark hörbar.
