I checked in with aged parents. Very well looked after from start to finish. All areas be it dining, site seeing planning, housekeeping, room sercive, front desk, everyone was so friendly, professional n accommodating with a smile. I would like to mention the staff who made r trip memorable - Pavithra, Justin, Praveen, Dominic, Sasikumar (hk), Shakespeare, Ganesh all the restaurant staff, i do not remember all the names. Thank u very much. Must mention the food, thank u chefs, we enjoyed every meal very much.

We had a wonderful stay at Derby Green! The property is charming and well-maintained, offering a peaceful retreat close to the heart of the city. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from each morning. One of the highlights was the presence of numerous sparrows around the property—it really added a refreshing, natural touch to the experience. The staff were friendly, polite, and professional throughout our stay, always ready to assist with a smile. A special mention goes to Ms. Lina at the spa—her service was truly commendable and added to the overall relaxation of our holiday. Derby Green is a perfect holiday treat, and we’d gladly return for another stay!

Rooms can be cleaner and smelling fresh. But it smells and looks bad. Bathrooms are not clean. We do not usually take food at the property as it expensive. But we had hot chocolate ., the pakora was too oily and hot chocolate the cup and the pouring jar was filthy. The best part though was the SPA … it was divine!!! The property gardener is maintained good … other than that everything else beeds urgently attention. As the property is old it needs serious up keeping’s of the rooms. Again the best part the SPA!!

We booked ourselves for four days to celebrate our 43rd Wedding Anniversary. It was a good decision. The club is a heritage property which is about 140 years old overlooking the race course. Very well maintained and the staff is very much experienced, efficient and caring

We had a wonderful stay here at Club Mahindra. Food here is absolutely delicious, we enjoyed every meal. Amazing property, full of greenery. Special mention to Mr. Akshay from Happy Hub. He is very jolly and fun-loving person. He was the guide in E-cycle tour, and had absolutely amazing time. I would highly recommended Club Mahindra to everyone.

Fun family holiday in Ooty We stayed 7 nights at this resort from 15t to 22nd June.2025 in Studio no 1028 and 1029. The resort It is centrally located so reaching all tourist destinations is easy. The rooms are clean thanks to ARUN he was very helpful in maintaining cleanliness of the room; the housekeeping team is very quick and the food at the restaurant is testy thanks to Cheff NATRAJAN for preparing food to our test, we normally had a la carte meals as we prefer non spicy food and without Onion and Garlic. We expressed our displeasure on room supply of Kids food; the behavior of staff was not good you may ask SAGAR. Hotel rooms are at elevation so electric car for sr. citizens should be provided at present we could see only one vehicle. The fun zone team is the good specially DOMNIC was very helpful in organizing our sightseeing tours. I took part in International Yoga Day arranged by resort thanks to yoga team and participants thanks to ASHWATHI for taking nice pictures of yoga in action. Thanks to Resort manager RAVI KUMAR and Front desk Mgr. MAAN MATHEW for acceding our request for room allocation. our both studios were well appointed and had a good view from balcony. Overall, we enjoyed stay at resort and specially my 3 years old granddaughter PIHU enjoyed Kids food and her vacation in play area most and was very happy. C M Mistry & Family

I came to derby green resort to celebrate our anniversary and we met Dr. Kowthami and took her suggestion for spa session. After the session we felt very light and pain relief. Excellent hospitality and special mention they decorated the room very well for our anniversary and made us feel special
