在西班牙广场周边,很多礼品店,也在地铁站附近,还有非常好的奢侈品店,吃的餐厅也都非常多,周边其他景点也很近,非常棒的位置
由于没有0星,只好给1星,其实连0星都不配!
做为携程的黑钻贵宾,使用携程出行近30年,从来不在网上点评,但是对于这家酒店,我必须要说一说。我快50岁的人了,走南闯北,出行全世界,从没见过这么烂的酒店,懒到无比烂!要知道我住的是1508欧元一晚的套房,连住6晚。
首先,酒店早餐极差,只有面包和果酱,还有几片上的可怜的火腿肉。然后我们第二天去早餐时,等了20多分钟,催了3次,还是少一套餐具,水和面包都没有拿来。对的,我没说错,自助早餐的水和面包要等他们拿来,无法自取。但是比我们后来的老外的面包水都拿来了,我们旁边还有一桌华人也是什么都没有,我去催了三次没有任何用处,就是如此的傲慢无礼,是歧视中国人吗?因为当天约了梵蒂冈,不能迟到。只好不吃了。之后我再也没去吃早餐。
然后,无比的吵,根本没法睡觉,楼下夜里1点开始折腾,声音脆响,无法入睡,然后早上6点多楼下又开始收垃圾,收两个多小时,垃圾场和酒瓶子,叮叮当当,完全没办法再睡觉了,每天如此。酒店只有6层高,我们住在4层,整晚整晚的无法入睡。
然后所谓的一张大床➕两张单人床,根本没有,实在套房的餐厅里面做了一个加床,就当成是一个卧室了。
最后,最最最*的操作来了,退房的时候不刷卡,我一再询问,告诉我携程已经付过了,我不用付了,而且是旅行社付的所以没法给我账单,但是我明明还没付房费,问了几次无果,只好去赶飞机。然后由于入住的时候留了信用卡资料,他们在我走之后刷了3次房费,每次8868欧元,我实际房费应该是一个8868欧元,是的,你没看错,他们三次刷走了我26604欧元,我在离开酒店以后在飞机上的时候他们刷的。 下飞机给他们打电话,居然不承认,说他们只刷成功一笔,我有招行刷卡记录好吗?这能赖的掉吗? 做为一家自我标榜的奢华酒店,能做出这么*的事情来? 我真是服了,截止发评论的时候,我的钱还没有退回来。当然我已经委托携程和招行去帮我处理,顺便感谢一下携程和招行。 大家一定谨记‼️ 千万别住这家酒店,懒到无比!!!
位置很棒,但性价比不太高。就提供的服务而言,价格有点太贵了。适合商务出差和度假。
这家酒店很棒,位置也很好,但我在房间里的体验很糟糕,因为晚上噪音很大,根本没法休息。我觉得这家酒店价格不菲,他们本可以提供更好的服务,或者考虑周全,但他们并没有太在意,只是降价了45欧元。
酒店位置绝佳,地处中心地带,独具特色,魅力十足。房间宽敞明亮,装饰精美,配套设施一应俱全。酒店内的餐厅非常棒,酒吧更是电影里的场景。酒店就在西班牙台阶街对面,地理位置优越,方便前往各个景点。下次来罗马,我们一定会再次入住。这是一家名副其实的五星级酒店。

从我们驱车抵达罗马历史中心的那一刻起,Alessandro 热情地迎接我们并开车送我们到酒店,我们每天都感受到无微不至的关怀。工作人员的热情和专业精神感染着我们,帮助一对老年夫妇克服了各种困难。酒店非常漂亮,经过精心翻新,品质一流,床单和毛巾也非常优质。咖啡很棒,装潢精美,服务也一流。此外,酒店地理位置优越,位于罗马市中心,更添一份惊喜。

这家酒店非常好,地理位置和服务都很棒。唯一不足之处是浴室。特别是淋浴间不够安全,还有其他一些建筑细节方面的问题。
完美的酒店。翻新后,它保留了经典风格,但一切都焕然一新。从地毯到浴室设备,一切都焕然一新。精美的织物、精美的家具和精美的物品。无可挑剔的服务。
