客房清洁服务不达标,我们对此感到非常失望。沐浴露和纸巾没有及时补充,淋浴区也堵塞了……尽管我们反映了问题,但一直没有解决。

很喜欢我们在科钦的泰姬玛拉巴尔酒店住宿。酒店位于惠灵顿岛的尽头,可以欣赏到河流和其他岛屿的美景。工作人员彬彬有礼,对每一个小细节都很细心,这是泰姬酒店的标志。很高兴看到酒店为客人安排了下午茶和乘船游览,他们甚至同意稍晚退房,因为我们当天的航班较晚。总的来说,我们在 2 晚的住宿期间过得很愉快,一定会很快计划下次来这里。

住宿体验非常好,但是时间太短了。在泰姬陵马拉巴尔毫不犹豫地重复了一遍。非常好的酒店,服务无可挑剔。护理质量也非常高。
糟糕的体验,特别是工作人员非常粗鲁,Mattancherry 酒吧简直就是敲诈,根本没有服务——工作人员太糟糕了,必须给负面评价,因为这家酒店感觉不像是泰姬陵酒店——未经培训的工作人员甚至不会提供水
