I would like share the feedback which we observed during my stay - I found hair on the bed and visible stains on the bed linen, which clearly reflects a lack of hygiene . Such conditions are unacceptable and unhygienic, and may pose health concerns for guests.

Rooms were neat and clean. The ambience of the hotel was fantastic. Paharganj itself is very posh are,so I don't want to comment about the location. Affordable price. Overall the ratings is excellent. Staffs were very cooperative.

The staff was great and the hotel room was very comfortable. The only negative thing is that it's pretty noisy in that area. Would still recommend though if you want a place to stay in old Delhi.
离新德里火车站大概1公里，步行可达。虽然地理位置不算优越，但考虑到价格，我觉得完全可以接受。酒店的安保措施很到位，如果你需要洗漱用品（比如吹风机、剃须刀），前台也会提供。
不过，热水出来得有点慢。
联系电话太难找了，App上的号码和名片上的不一致。我订了好多房间，但他们却不给我安排住，以后再也不会订这家了。
服务好，地理位置优越。

我请前台帮忙叫出租车，但第一个接待员只是说“稍后我会联系房间的你”，之后就杳无音信了。另一个接待员处理得当。
很遗憾，我在帕哈甘吉的Le Roi酒店的入住体验非常糟糕。从客人等候区开始，沙发就脏得令人难以忍受，维护极差——这完全不像一家知名酒店该有的样子。房间和浴室的情况更糟——地板上到处都是灰尘和污垢，显然酒店完全忽视了清洁和卫生。露台的门一直敞开着，这对客人来说是一个严重的安全隐患。感觉非常不安全。至于酒店的位置，也并不理想。它位于主干道旁一条狭窄的小巷里，周围总是交通拥堵，脏乱不堪。从抵达的那一刻起，就给人一种非常不愉快的体验。根据我的入住体验，我不会向任何人推荐这家酒店。在德里，同等价位有很多更好、更干净的选择。
我凌晨 2 点左右登记入住，但酒店接待了我。客户服务可能不如三星级，但也能完成工作。 有一天，我在不同的一天回来寻找一个位置，并且我能够使用其他一些房间。 不知道是跟房间还是时间有关，有的房间淋浴没有热水，排水也很差。当然，这是一种刷牙时不应该放入口中的水。 我尽量避免使用它，因为它会进入我的眼睛。我认为清洁工作很彻底。 早餐很美味。水很干净，可以安全食用。 我很高兴能够享受到印度独有的东西。
