We travelled around and stayed at 4 different hotels during our time in Greece. I was really looking forward to staying here the most as it is such a well established property. Maybe it was end of season malaise but the experience was tainted by the poor disposition of some of the staff. Breakfast service by most of the staff was miserable. Went for drinks on the terrace one evening and ignored by 3 staff standing chatting together, we had to get up and go to them for service in the end. Zero apologies for room mix up, they blamed ******* but certainly didnt find it in their hearts to offer an apology. We would never return based on our experience unfortunately. Find an alternative boutique hotel on the island where the staff are happy to have you and want to create a memorable stay for you for the right reasons is my advice.
与其说是五星级，不如说是四星级酒店。房间相当老旧，早餐是小份自助餐。除了地理位置好，性价比不是很高。

位置再方便不过了。早餐非常好，餐厅的新厨师让每顿晚餐都成为美食佳肴。服务非常出色。
这是我们最喜欢的爱琴海隐秘宝石酒店。像麦克阿瑟一样，我们会再来的！
从我们到达的那一刻起，一切都很棒！我们真的很喜欢，步行到处走走。太棒了。服务很棒。我们喜欢房间，早餐也很棒！！
本来应该提供升级服务，但没有。早餐和酒吧服务不一致（确实收到了错误的账单，但我解决了。有一个阳台，可以看到部分海景。房间比没有阳台的房间小，没有风景）。我有一个更大的无阳台房间，价格更低。很吵，因为当时正在举办威士忌活动，直到凌晨 2:00 才能入睡。应该把我们安排在一个不吵闹的活动区域，因为这次活动是预先计划好的。自从四年前我们第一次体验（6 月的 2919）以来，我们注意到管理层发生了变化。
