入住体验非常愉快。酒店干净整洁，房间宽敞舒适，餐饮服务一流，适合各种口味，即使是最挑剔的客人也能找到心仪之选。工作人员笑容满面，随时待命，细心周到，为您找到解决方案。酒店距海边100米，步行15分钟即可抵达罗德岛市中心，沿途遍布商店、冰淇淋店和餐厅。时间过得真快。更别提水疗中心、游泳池和健身房了。这家酒店实至名归。强烈推荐。
简直就是一场噩梦。本来计划在长周末放松四天，结果却几乎一刻都没睡。酒店地处派对区，每天至少凌晨1点前都能听到震耳欲聋的现场音乐；凌晨3点到5点之间，垃圾清运人员会分别收集纸张和玻璃；早上7点开始，两处大型建筑工地（罗兹最大的酒店正在进行全面重建）的施工噪音充斥着整个酒店。入住期间，我们每次经过前台都会无意中听到有人抱怨，比如不够安静、空调坏了、马桶冲水坏了、保险箱（我们两个房间的保险箱都坏了）等等。尽管我们投诉了多次，换了房间，也和酒店进行了多次沟通，但酒店仍然拒绝让我们延迟退房至下午2:30，以示友好。尽管酒店并没有客满，入住时间是下午3点。作为一名经常旅行的人，我从来没有经历过如此荒谬的事情。
一家非常好的酒店，员工也非常优秀 虽然周围环境看起来不太好，但这家酒店出乎意料地好。员工非常热情。感觉就像在家一样，这在很大程度上要归功于前台的 Anjie 和客户关系部的 Meltem 的努力。我们当然期待下次有机会来 Rhodes。
