我们的房间有两天没有打扫,即使我特意打电话提醒了也一样。他们说“现在客人太多了”。我猜这意思就是说,我们没空为你服务?
当你要求早餐再续杯咖啡时,他们直接无视你。等你再次提醒,他们还是说客人太多了。我不是那种傲慢的人,我也能自己倒咖啡。但问题是没有自助选项,你必须叫服务员。而他们就是不给你端过来。
晚餐时要酒水也是一样。你可能要等上半小时才能喝到一杯酒。客房服务——简直等到天荒地老。当你再次提醒时,得到的还是同样的回答。
房间阳台上的家具弄脏了我们很多衣服,我们坐在上面的时候染上了污渍。所以我们干脆就不坐阳台的椅子了。当我们要求更换椅子时,也被置之不理。
如果你不介意服务,只是想找个好海滩,那这里倒是个不错的选择。
我们大约十年前来过这里,激动不已——那时候,林甸村简直就是个小天堂。今年的失望更是雪上加霜。2025年春天,在预订之前,我们甚至联系了酒店,回应了2024年的众多负面评论。他们向我们详细保证,一切都已改进,团队焕然一新,那些批评“过时了”。可惜,这根本不是事实。走进主楼,令人不快的状况立刻显现:接待处的男厕所脏兮兮的,马桶里漂浮着粪便,供水系统也坏了。这种事在一家所谓的五星级酒店里根本不应该发生。在其他地方,你也会感觉到几乎没有维护和监管。露台和海滩上的休闲椅破旧不堪,你只能叠着几条毛巾坐在上面。整个度假村都显得陈旧,与希尔顿的标准相去甚远。房间本身也不幸地类似:咖啡机下面卡着一个无法辨认的东西——直到我们不小心移动了它才被发现。通知前台后,东西被拿走了,但客人竟然会注意到这种东西,这本身就说明了问题。这家酒店名声显赫,可惜的是,它不再致力于品质和维护。我们真的很难过,因为我们记忆中的林甸村曾经很美——现在只剩下那段记忆了。以目前的经营方式,它不再是五星级度假村,也不再符合希尔顿的标准。我们绝对不会再来了。看看照片就知道了;它们胜过千言万语!我们住的是带私人泳池的小型套房,乍一看很吸引人——但仔细一看却发现并非如此。泳池的状况非常糟糕:地板和墙壁粗糙不平,所以我游泳时真的擦伤了屁股。水摸起来很沉闷,而且pH值和氯含量明显不对。我们家里也有泳池,知道保养良好的水应该是什么感觉。房间的清洁和维护也不够彻底。咖啡机底下粘着一种令人作呕的、无法辨认的东西,我们指出后才把它清理掉——客人不应该注意到这种事。露台上的休闲家具又脏又破,坐垫也一样。第一天,我们一进房间,就发现入口处中间放着一个大垃圾袋,显然是工作人员自己放在那里的——然后它就在那里放了整整三天……这简直是不行。看了一眼早餐后,我们决定彻底放弃在酒店吃饭,以后只在外面吃。
我们带着两个孩子在这里住了四天,结果却非常失望。这家酒店看起来非常陈旧,很多地方都很凌乱。房间:抵达时只有一张床铺整理好,几条毛巾很脏,门上没有“请勿打扰”的标志,而且只提供了两件浴袍。浴室的淋浴喷头松动,水垢严重。客人托盘是空的,咖啡机和水壶共用一个插座,胶囊咖啡很便宜,而且没有意式浓缩咖啡杯。早上维修人员突然上门维修。主餐厅:自助餐单调乏味,摆盘简陋,水果经常熟过头。第二天就没有黄油了,只有人造黄油。果汁机很旧,咖啡来自一台脏兮兮的独立咖啡机,没有饮水机。服务很忙乱,甚至在你还在吃饭的时候就把盘子收走了。免费饮料是用塑料瓶装的。泳池:水很冷,没有游乐区,毛巾经常掉在外面,垫子湿漉漉的,躺椅下甚至还能发现碎玻璃。泳池洗手间凌乱不堪,有时甚至没有纸巾或洗漱用品。健身房:几乎没有任何设备,其中一个坏了,没有消毒,一开始到处都是同样的三首歌的播放列表。优点:意大利餐厅(美味的多道菜套餐),友好的结账服务,以及老板的贴心小举动。结论:酒店急需彻底清洁,增加员工,并进行翻新。不推荐带孩子的家庭入住——我们不会再来了。
酒店布局精美,宛如一个小村庄,乍一看颇具魅力。可惜的是,这种美好的印象很快就消失了。建筑本身非常陈旧,很多地方都粉刷过,显得破旧不堪。几乎所有的躺椅都沾满了污渍,一点也不温馨。房间清洁工作更是糟糕透顶:蜘蛛、灰尘、脏毛巾——绝对达不到四五星级酒店的标准。到处都缺乏关注和维护。主餐厅的自助餐味道不错,但选择有限。三家主题餐厅的预订速度要快得多。值得一提的是,酒吧的饮品不错,服务人员热情周到,海滩也美得令人窒息。可惜的是,我们之前没有看到任何评论提到类似的批评,因此感到有些失望。最后,我们尽量做到最好,尽量不让自己太过沮丧,但仍然度过了一段美好的时光。结论:这栋迷人的房产潜力巨大,但遗憾的是,它完全被忽视,急需翻新。目前绝对不推荐。
这是一个美好的假期,也是放松身心的绝佳方式。躺椅的间距很合适,正好适合你。第一天,我对食物印象不太好,但也许只是因为旅行的压力(我只吃了一顿晚餐)。除此之外,我非常满意。餐厅很棒,我最喜欢那家日式餐厅。当然,你总是会挑出毛病,总会有一些小问题,但在假期里,安全地放松很重要。而我在这里完全做到了这一点。谢谢。
