Rundown property,it will take a lot to bring it back to standard Food was awful ,tidyness questionable at minimum,activity try to play ping pong on a particule board that was left to humidity for the last 16 years and full of mogles very challenging ! Pitiful ! All the best to the one that dare!.....

I will give it a 5 star for the location, the mesmerizing views and the beautiful gardens and greenery. Very tropical vibe. We loved that they offered lots of equipments for beach activities, our kids loved paddle boarding and snorkeling. They had kayaks as well. Pool table was nice as well. But they need more board games etc for the evenings. The staff was very friendly and helpful especially Mo. Now the terrible experience. First of all ,we were so disappointed that there was nothing planned for new years eve. No live music, no activity, just a bbq. We sat there with our family and came back at midnight for fireworks. This place is in need of dire renovation. We stayed at the garden bure, which the setup was amazing, 2 rooms ,2 bathrooms. The bathroom was just plain disgusting 🫣 nasty water stain in the toilet that you would just want to vomit. We were told it's from the water,but we have stayed at the neighboring resorts and never saw this problem in their toilets. The sink was so dirty, full of hair,I had to do some cleanup before we used it. The shower was leaking water everywhere! And to top it up,they don't provide bath mats,face towels etc. Just old towels for shower. There was no garbage bins in the washroom, had to go all the way to the living room for garbage. The mini fridge was just falling apart and soooo dirty! The bed, it would tilt up in the air as soon as you sat on it! We had to sleep sideways for 2 nights. The receptionist is gone by 4.30pm so you have to find your way to the bar for any questions and check ins after that. This is a very beautiful resort, but we wouldn't stay here,it felt more like a 2-3 star place.

Very Poor Experience – Misleading Rating and Unhygienic Conditions Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The property is very filthy and does not resemble the photos advertised online. The rooms were dirty, the bathrooms were unhygienic, and overall cleanliness standards were unacceptable. The hotel’s 8.2 rating is highly misleading and does not reflect the actual condition of the property. Even the surrounding area felt unsafe, with snakes spotted near the beach, which was alarming and not disclosed beforehand. We chose to check out early and move to other hotels, which says a lot about the experience. Regarding staff, the hotel receptionist Sharna was not helpful at all, which added to the frustration rather than resolving concerns. Overall, a very poor experience and not a place we would recommend.

我们的房间里没有热水，地板很脏，床整理好了但没有干净的床单，表面很脏，食物很一般，咖啡甚至都不热，我们给其他人安排了我们付钱的房间，但没有采取任何措施来纠正这个问题，经理很傲慢，毫无歉意，也不提供帮助
芒果湾与照片上看到的并不一样，环境优美，但住宿条件糟糕，住在海滨别墅，房间里有蟑螂，非常脏，马桶冲不上水，似乎这种情况已经有一段时间了，其他人也一样，室外淋浴间的头发里留有沙砾，由于卫生条件不好，我们提前离开了，但拒绝退款，工作人员，尤其是蒂娜很可爱，经理没有理会我们，也没有考虑讨论离开时的问题，不值得花钱
我们预订了 7 晚，但只住了 2 晚，我们很乐意减少损失，搬到附近更高档的度假村。我真的不喜欢对我们的住宿写差评。我在这里预订时犯了一个大错误，只阅读了好评。我应该阅读那些事后看来非常准确的差评。
话虽如此，我相信有些人可能会喜欢这里，尽管我觉得这里偏僻、可怕，无法尽快离开。
只是不是我的菜，考虑到价格几乎与更知名的度假村相当，我期望这里会更好。
