Very clean, the staff was friendly, the all inclusive food and beverage very good. The Japonés Restaurant food was delicious! Love the beach and the pool! I will stay again in Barcelo Aruba in the future.

The staff was excellent but I feel that the hotel itself needs a little update. There were cracks on the roof our balcony. The fridge to the door was broken.the food from the buffet was alright. The rooms were okay nothing spectacular. For the price you’re paying to staying I believe it should have better amenities

We have stayed at the Barceló 4-5 times. The staff are amazing and the food has improved tremendously since post Pandemic.
I will say my husband and I are highly disappointed that the Barcelo no longer maintains the water features for the iguanas next to the buffet due to an ignorant guest that decided to hand feed an iguana, supposedly was bitten and then said they were going to sue the Barcelo. I truly believe the Barcelo should be supportive of the iguanas since they are native to Aruba and are protected. The guest should be banned from the island and retrospectively sued for not complying with the rules to not feed the wildlife.

housekeeping staff did not provide enough towels each day and when asked for extra towels did not comply. Overall the complete staff was pleasant, smiling and courteous!
I was in room #1202. Across the hall was an employee door that loudly slammed closed each time used; about 15 to 20 every morning from 5:45am till10:00am. It interrupted my sleep several times during the night especially in the morning. This was the only issue the resort was excellent on every other thing they offered and provided.

I spent a lot of money to go here Aruba is very nice but this hotel is not worth it the bed sheet were dirty when we arrived the the tv remote did not work the ac also did not work the room door was peeling of paint then in the shower the soap dispenser were broken then we you go to dinner the table clothes are all stained or ripped half the menus are missing pages I was unfortunately not pleased at all for the amount of money I spent on this trip.
