Clean , great staff! Good food, nice view, comfortable bed! However, I still give 8/10. They need to get better on the drinks, especially pina colada, that tasted like soap. Other resorts next to them make better drinks. Also they need to get better wine as the house wine.

Good hotel. Bartenders at pool (Carlos and Ashly) excellent. Daniel at the piano bar is the best, also Gladys at the Siwichi is great.
Beach bar awful, worst bartenders of the hotel in that area.
Thalassa food is good, but we recommend to walk to the Catalonia Bavaro and visit Ayami restaurant, amazing.

The staff was amazing, this was a trip for anniversary and first time in the Dominican, we had a wonderful time, lobby and amenities were great. With the exception of a broken interior door handle the room was to our standard. We definitely visit again

Room was cleaned every day. Staff was excellent and always ready to help. We have stayed at this resort four times and will consider going back.
