The hotel is beautiful and staff is friendly. Guillermo was out concierge and he was excellent!!
He booked my spa service and all the restaurants we wanted to try. We loved the Japanese restaurant and Flora. Eva at the spa was great!! So good I relaxed so much I felt asleep during my massage.
I definitely recommend this hotel. Great environment for families and if you are looking for to rest and relax.

Was not aware we needed to attend a sales pitch for a Melia membership. This was done against our will. We paid for a 7 day vacation and did not go there thinking we were going to get anything free for attending a presentation.
The staff - food, bar & service - were wonderful and made our stay a pleasurable experience. This resort is more for couples than for families. Main pool needs restoration asap.

The property is great. However in my opinion it can be better. This property is not smoke free, and they allow pets, in my opinion animals can’t be in the same place with humans, specially in vacations places, it becomes disgusting seeing dog hair in the beds and in the pools. For this reason I wouldn’t come back to this resort.
The people work hard to give the best service, the butler was great (Gustavo) and also in the buffet (Roxana) their attention was great, thank you.
The Beach was dirty but is something they can’t control, everything else was great.

我们在帕拉迪苏帕尔马皇家酒店的住宿体验极其令人失望，远低于我们对同级别家庭度假村的预期。我们预订了一整周，但由于一系列令人无法接受的情况，只住了三天就离开了。从一开始，就没有工作人员帮我们搬运行李。在我们之前有一大群人到达，尽管我们带着两个小孩（一个2岁，一个5岁），却只能自己拎行李。客房服务也是个大问题。我们周五入住，到了周六下午3:30，房间仍然没有打扫。因为我2岁的孩子还在用尿布，而且垃圾已经散发出难闻的气味，所以我要求打扫。直到晚上10点才有人来，而在此之前，我不得不自己把垃圾拿到外面，并在大堂投诉。这种疏忽令人无法接受。周六早上吃早餐时，我们惊恐地发现一只蟑螂爬上了我们的桌子。这在任何度假村都是不卫生的，尤其是在一个自称豪华的度假村，都是不可接受的。最令人气愤的事情发生在周日晚上。当时我和孩子们正安静地看电视，保安突然敲门，抱怨说我们家宝宝哭闹，我们太吵了。我既震惊又愤怒。在家庭度假村，两岁的孩子哭闹是很正常的。保安这样对待我们，简直是侮辱。原本轻松愉快的家庭假期，却变成了充满压力和挫败感的噩梦。我别无选择，只能要求退款，并敦促管理层解决这些问题。
我很喜欢清洁人员的做作态度。
