环境和服务没得说,非常好,响应迅速且有效。前台的中国小姐姐人也非常好,非常耐心。酒店行政酒廊的早餐也很好,非常推荐。并且为中国游客提供了春节伴手礼,很温馨。
此行迪拜游住了9个晚上,依次是夏宫,帆船,阿瓦扎巴度假酒店,文华东方,迪拜康莱德。文华东方是服务最差最差的,不知道是不是仗着环境和硬件好,几乎没有服务可言。预定信息写明2大1小入住,前台确认了需要加床。前后叫了3次加床才送到,其他酒店不是一开始准备好了就是20分钟内加床必到。后面问他们要一条被子也是从下午叫到晚上才送来。住过的五星酒店也不少了,这个号称八星酒店的房间,餐巾纸用完竟然没有一盒备用的(正常一盒面巾纸如果快用完了,酒店会备一盒新的在旁边)这里用完了就没有了,只能用自己带的,实在没有力气再让他们送面纸过来了。泡澡的浴盐第一天晚上用了一袋第二天也没有补的。早餐厅更是区别对待到极致,欧美人士领班带早餐位会仔细介绍每块区域,我们就是直接带去座位,连最起码的可以单点的早餐都不告诉我们。其他酒店起码会问一下需不需要介绍。第二天早餐更夸张,连咖啡和茶水都不来问我们,我叫了领班问她要她才上。6700多一晚的酒店啊,服务连后面2000多的康莱德都不如。和同等价位的夏宫真的是一个天一个地。唯二让人感觉有点服务意识的是大门口的行李员和沙滩上的服务小哥,还有连接房间和大厅的工作人员。真的国内国外住到现在服务最差的五星酒店,以后可能对所有文华东方都不考虑了。照片都没有兴趣拍。太扫兴。
另外住完这次最后一个酒店迪拜康莱德后很负责任的说,只有这一家酒店是没有漱口水的。饮用水也是严格按照人数一人两瓶。其他酒店水多的我们都喝不完。
很一般的体验,入住给的房间在西侧,下面在施工,去沙滩都不方便,还要绕道东侧。白天大堂里成群结队观光客,闹哄哄的。茶水柜子里放满了东西,但只有咖啡和茶叶免费,没有价目表。中午还没退房就来查迷你bar。餐厅里用餐也没有住客优惠。入住和退房的时候都没说加床多少钱,也没有给收据。
保安和客房服务倒是都挺热情的,这点好评。总体来说不值这个价位。

虽然酒店不错,但前台有一位可以说流利中文,应该是中国籍,自称是【Leo的男性工作人员】,实在是****,他和这家酒店的品质完全不匹配。
我们一家三口入住,备注了三人间,需要加床,这个没问题。入住后,我希望换一个更高的楼层。Leo打电话过来,说我没有提前标注高楼层,换不了,圣诞和元旦期间,房间很满,没房,调整不了。我都能理解,我确实没有提前说高楼层的偏好。但令人非常气愤的是:他自作聪明地告诉我如果我希望楼层更高,倒是有一个选择:可以把我换到更高楼层,但那间是双床房,不能加床。这简直是**,这不是玩我吗?!如果不能加床,我儿子睡哪里?如果不能加床,那根本就不是一个选项!!!看起来他给了我选择,但实际上他分明在侮辱我的智商,在挑衅客人。这种****的员工,真给中国人丢脸,也直接降低了酒店的服务品质。
我非常气愤,表达了我对他提供的这个“没意义”的不成立选项的愤怒。他从始至终没有丝毫歉意,非常傲慢。
知道没有任何结果后,我反复强调那就快点把加床送来,我们需要马上出发,因为后面还要去谢赫扎耶德大清真寺,结果加床本来在订单范围内,也是打了好几个电话才催来。结果到清真寺时,太阳刚好已经落山了,没有拍到日落的清真寺,非常遗憾。
和Leo的沟通非常差,他愚弄完客人自认为就算结束了,直到我们从酒店check out,他都没有再出现。Leo作为前台(宾客服务)部门员工,缺乏专业性,缺乏培训,不懂沟通,实在是这么好酒店的负资产。下次来阿布扎比,住在这个酒店,最好别再碰到他。
环境差在酒店可以随便参观,一车一车拉旅游团的来,对入住体验还是有一定影响的。订的家庭联通房,房间不大,很普通。有中文地图,入住会讲解,但是还是会走懵,酒店太大了
早餐很丰盛 房间很舒服 我们定了两个房间 给了连通房 由于我们很早就到了酒店 酒店很贴心的过了半小时就给入住了 有免费骑骆驼和儿童水上乐园 沙滩沙子很细腻
房间硬件无敌。阳台视野很好!美中不足是住宿体验感不好,早餐品类不多味道一般,下午茶的金箔咖啡也不惊艳。
此次行程中最像旅游景点的酒店,酒店门口就是《速度与激情7》的拍摄地🎬这座宫殿式的酒店散发着无尽的奢华气息🤩北面和西面邻海,与阿联酋总统府仅一街之隔,风景不必多说,建筑自身就成风景。远看就像一个巨大的城堡🕌,每一处细节都彰显着皇.家的威严与尊贵。
但酒店前台态度冷淡,是此次行程中唯一感到不适的酒店。
酒店餐厅的服务人员和客房的服务人员度很好。
外围都很满意,所有的服务超级棒,尤其开小车的小哥非常热情,带我们在整个酒店范围转了一大圈,酒店区域好大啊!
就是房间大小相比同级别酒店感觉一般,还没有吹风机(虽然后来客房送过来了)感觉客房部分差点意思,其他都很棒
