While we are pleased that you acknowledged the recent renovations to our lobby area, we are sorry that the condition of the guest rooms fell short of your expectations. Kindly be reassured that we follow very strict hygiene standards and protocols and collaborate with a pest control company which operates monthly to prevent and eliminate pests. This is not reflective of the standards we aim to uphold.
