环境很好,酒店很用心,送了水果欢迎礼,非常惊喜和毛巾大象,但是住这里只能打车,因为大堂在3楼!
我们受到了非常热情友好的接待。所有员工都很乐于助人,很有礼貌。但最棒的经理是艾哈迈德!首先,他是唯一一个会说俄语的人(我们不会英语,只学过日语和意大利语),其次,他立刻给我们推荐了值得去的地方,告诉我们如何步行去迪拜购物中心而不用打车(因为离得很近,走过去更快)。最后,他还帮我们订到了迪拜的网红巧克力Fix,这种巧克力每天只能在官网上订两次,其他地方都买不到。他帮了我们大忙,真是个大好人!我们下次来一定会再住这家酒店!
酒店不错,但楼下日本餐厅实在难以恭维
住得非常舒服。房间很宽敞,员工也很友好。下次肯定还会再订!
地理位置不错 酒店入住体验也不错 早餐很不错 咖啡好喝 丰富 但是提前打了3个越洋电话花了100多人民币,还在携程上也备注要双床房都没有达成 就很无语
很棒的酒店。大堂目前正在装修中。打车(Careem)去迪拜购物中心大约10分钟。
我们是来度蜜月的,酒店还免费为我们布置了一下,很贴心。
酒店大堂很新半夜入住也还有门童,办理入住很快,不提供牙刷用品送过来需要一点时间,如果浅睡眠或者睡眠质量不太好的就不要入住了,我住的房间床侧面就对着一面镜子让我感觉非常不舒服,房门底下的缝隙非常大透光严重,冲电位少只有床头的门旁边的充电位置是坏的

服务非常完美,我要求他们在日常清洁之外额外打扫一下浴室,他们二话不说就照办了,态度也很好。他们真的很棒。
