This resort was beautiful. We got the Priviledged upgrade which was definitely worth it just for the BLoved restaurant. The upselling pressure by the white shirt concierge group was relentless and very frustrating. We already paid a ton of money. Leave it alone already. Food overall was good to excellent. Beach and pool were great. Very clean. It would be great if at an all inclusive if adding a tip option to the overall bill was available. Carrying tip money in your bathing suit is annoying. Most staff were lovely and service was great.

This was the most beautiful place we’ve stayed so far! The beach is absolutely gorgeous - clear blue water - and the pool is all amazing. The staff is so friendly and accommodating - not pushy at all with sales I can see why so many people say they’ve been there 10+ times. We will be back.

The staff were great, especially at the Beloved restaurant and bar. Always friendly and welcoming and made some great frozen mango and strawberry daiquiris. We will be back soon.

这是一家老酒店了（20多年），设施方面需要好好维护。我从没住过全包式酒店但全包服务不包含在内的，我们让客房服务送啤酒和葡萄酒，结果Jair让我们自己去拿。他们确实有24小时客房服务。公共区域没有空调，所以有点不舒服。电视又老又小，我简直不敢相信酒店里有多热。除了前台和其他员工之外，他们都非常棒。
