Some of the best service we have received at an all inclusive. I would not go without the privileged package as it allows you to go to Beloved restaurant which is on the beach and by far our favorite. The steakhouse was also great. The only restaurant I would not recommend is the Italian. The food was not great. Water sports were also limited snorkeling but not much to see, there was kayaking and stand-up paddle boarding. They also offered Hobie cat rides, but would not let you take out the sailboat on your own. There are the resorts that allow you a lot more water, fun activities like the Baja principles. The property is about 40 minutes from Talum we enjoyed the ruins.
There were a lot of travelers from Europe. The resort had a relaxed and friendly feel I would go back.

The staff at Catalonia Royals is amazing and very hospitable. I will be coming back for another stay. I love the distance to the ocean and how quiet it is.

Me and my fiancè stayed here for three nights as a privileged member and I did not feel I was explained the privileged amenities such as the BLoved Lounge the exclusive side on the beach nothing and we arrived at 3PM which is check in time. This resort caters more towards the European guests who are white in color. The guests for the most part were very rude if you were not white as well as the staff is quite standoff ish to people of different races and ethnicities.
The staff at the resort leaves at 11PM so it is not 24 hour room service which is fine but if you need new towels or wash clothes you have to wait until 9am the next day. That was one thing i did not really like.
The entertainment to me could have been way better.
The restaurants were okay the steakhouse was pretty good and the Rauxa was nice however again only caters to the European and lighter skin people.
The Italian restaurant was the only staff that made us feel equal and actually catered to us and was so nice and sweet and attentive.
The swim up bar staff amazing and inclusive they leave at 8 but the pool is open all night which is something i did not know and had to find out.
The property itself is gorgeous and our room the privileged deluxe suite was very clean and updated and nice.
All in all just be mindful if you are a person of color that this resorts is predominately people of european and white descent and they are not afraid to show it. Make the best out of it.

My experience with the hotel was exceptional. Staff went above and beyond to make sure the beach was always clean from Sargassum. Food at each restaurant was amazing. They decorated my door and sent a dessert to my room for my birthday and made me feel very special. I’ll definitely go back!

Beautiful resort and beach with the nicest and friendliest staff. Arbei really made our stay memorable. Went above and beyond for our group and made us feel at home. We really appreciate that.

这是一家老酒店了（20多年），设施方面需要好好维护。我从没住过全包式酒店但全包服务不包含在内的，我们让客房服务送啤酒和葡萄酒，结果Jair让我们自己去拿。他们确实有24小时客房服务。公共区域没有空调，所以有点不舒服。电视又老又小，我简直不敢相信酒店里有多热。除了前台和其他员工之外，他们都非常棒。
工作人员很棒，他们非常友好，成年人出行很方便，食物也很棒。
