Quetzabel greeted us in Palapa and entertained us with her warm and bubbly personality while providing excellent service. Excellent service was also provided by Angeles, Sussette, Rigoberto and new member of staff, Leo. Virginia provided excellent service to us on the beach, delivering our drinks with a smile.

Amazingly well furnished/decorated and clean rooms, friendly staff, amenities (water sports and excursions onsite), yummy restaurants and buffet. In room mini refrigerator always restocked and fresh beach towels provided daily.

Second time in 9 years and the resort was still wonderful. Did not enjoy 5th avenue in Playa del carmen.

这是一家老酒店了（20多年），设施方面需要好好维护。我从没住过全包式酒店但全包服务不包含在内的，我们让客房服务送啤酒和葡萄酒，结果Jair让我们自己去拿。他们确实有24小时客房服务。公共区域没有空调，所以有点不舒服。电视又老又小，我简直不敢相信酒店里有多热。除了前台和其他员工之外，他们都非常棒。
绝对一流，优质的客户服务，点菜餐厅的菜品都很棒，房间非常干净，海滩美极了，这是一个非常棒的成人专属度假村。所有员工的服务都令人难以置信。
