The ******* room was poor. While it was very clean and nice inside, the balcony and window was inches from the hallway of the adjacent window, so anyone entering that hallway had a direct view into our room unless the curtains were closed. Also, we had to keep the balcony door closed because the noise from the road was very loud. Also, they charged additional beyond the resort fee etc on my ******* receipt. They also had nowhere to refill water bottles.

Staff is excellent throughout the property, food is top quality, rooms always clean. Beautiful property with a wide, clean beach, close to restaurants and the charm of San Jose del Cabo.

管理好 房间好 餐厅好 设施好 愉快的体验 ！下次还会选择入住！酒店对面有个小商街 几家餐厅都不错 ！酒店泳池也很棒！
很舒适、设施也不错，酒店内有星巴克咖啡。离海边也很近、晒太阳很舒服。
非常适合家庭入住的好地方。强烈推荐。
我们房间的地板全湿了，清洁人员声称这是由于高温和最近下雨造成的冷凝，但没有人提出建议。我滑倒了，膝盖受伤了，他们让我填写了一份报告。
我出差了，因为这次不幸的事故，无法履行我的承诺。
整整一周，我甚至连止痛药的补偿都没有。
