浴室打扫得不太干净，地板和淋浴瓷砖上都有头发。浴室里的杯子很旧，都碎了，我们根本不敢用！
第一天的早餐还不错，第二天就非常糟糕了。鸡蛋在保温灯下放太久，都干巴巴的。酒吧服务员很有礼貌也很友好。酒吧里没有沙发或舒适的座椅可以坐下来放松。接待区简直像个青年旅舍！
你们可以做得更好。
早餐有时很咸，我们入住六天期间房间只打扫过一次，而且打扫得非常糟糕。他们总是让我们自己去前台拿房间里需要的东西（比如浴帽、枕头和毯子）。我们到达酒店时闻到一股异味，不得不向前台投诉。
非常好的酒店，位置极佳，离市中心不太近，因此非常安静。员工热情周到，房间非常干净，和描述一致……如果我再来伊比沙岛，我还会选择这家酒店……入住体验非常好。
接待
当我到达登记处时，他们告诉我只需支付费用。当时我不记得酒店是否付过钱，我告诉他们这是值得的。下午我们进去的时候，他们已经封锁了房间，我们无法进入，因为房间没有关闭。如果他们一开始没有向你收费，我会非常生气，因为你还没有意识到这一点。我要求付款，他们告诉我只有税，所以要等到住宿结束或者当你在接待处看到我时，Sheyla 告诉我她正在等待付款，令人无法忍受的是他们封锁了房间，你不能带着东西进去。
