In regards to the housekeeping challenges, can you help me understand if you had cleanliness issues when you arrived or were you talking about the stayover service in between? Any information you could help provide would be useful as our housekeeping feedback is usually very good at the resort.

We went in the fall, so no beach time for us. But, the hotel is very nice, staff were helpful and room was lovely with a nice kitchen set up. The outdoor hot tub was spacious. Great location.

住的是两卧连排别墅，地点好，就在小镇中心位置，临湖风景佳。房间宽敞，新且净，感觉舒适。有完整的厨房，用具齐全；还有一套比较新的洗衣和干衣机，对于已经在旅途中行走了十多天的我们来说真的是雪中送炭。赞且推荐。
4个大人两个小孩，住的两室一厅套间，很满意。厨房东西也很齐全，还有洗衣机和烘干机。景色也特别美。下次还会来
酒店房间很大，两个卧室有两张大床。厨房具备各种厨具，可以制作简餐。酒店紧邻湖边，有户外泳池。非常适合亲子出行。
房间就像一套一居室公寓，能俯瞰水景，床和床上用品都很棒，员工非常乐于助人。我们能带狗入住这点很棒。地理位置绝佳，步行即可到达市中心所有地方，还发现了一家很棒的商店叫Beach Chik。我很喜欢这里的社区，这是奥索尤斯最棒的酒店。还会再来的。
一切都很棒，尤其是酒店前面，那里的景色最好。

我们之前参观了美国莫尔森的鬼城，距离这里仅30分钟车程。我喜欢在泳池边放松，看着孩子们在泳池滑梯上飞驰而下。即使是三岁的孩子也可以自己玩滑梯，也可以在三到四英尺深的浅水泳池里玩耍（当然，需要一位成人陪同）。这里还有美丽的沙滩和湖泊。我们选择在九月来，这样可以更安静一些。天气非常好。隔壁的杂货店步行即可到达。床很舒服，带厨房和客厅的房间也很方便。我打算下次早点预订，这样就能看到湖景了。
地理位置优越，就在湖边。房间非常宽敞，很不错。泳池很大。免费停车场。
我们住的房间有一个出口门，可以直接通往会议中心等设施。这扇门经常砰地关上。周六晚上尤其烦人，派对和来来往往的人络绎不绝。很遗憾，我们换房间的请求没有得到满足。
结论：很棒的酒店，以后再也不住这个房间了。
今非昔比。所有卫浴设备都松了。房间里的东西都坏了。房间很旧。清洁人员的清洁工作糟透了。我甚至觉得他们根本没打扫，只是换了条新毛巾。床很不舒服。位置不错，这是唯一的优点。
