My family and I have tended to base ourselves at the two HG hotels in Los Cristiano's in recent years. We find the location and price quite appealing. On this occasion we got a room (HG via easyJet holidays( with a nice sunny balcony on the second floor overlooking one of the pools. The room itself (1 bedroom) was as expected, very basic and pretty dated. The big plus this year for us was the temperature of the two heated pools. It was amazing especially for the winter months. I believe they got new heat pumps fitted. I think the water temperature ranged from 29 to 31 degrees. It was a real bonus as the kids stayed in it most of the day, and was even warm enough to go for a swim early morning before the sun was properly up. The on site restaurant unexpectedly closed for maintenance half way through our trip. I suspect it was a cleaning/ health & safety issue as they ripped everything out and we're cleaning away for days! We normally like having lunch there as food is good and reasonably priced. Overall a good stay. It would be nice to get the apartments brought up to 2025 standards however. That won't stop me coming,but just a point worth making .

So previous comments are right you could be renting a private or HG hotels apartment ours clearly HG you can tell by the balcony furniture and window stickers. Ours was fine very spacious, gas hob so could cook. Towels and bedding changed. Built 1987 you can see where updates have been made. And needed. Place is a maze. I believe this is why they cant sell all apartments. Only some get sun. And you hear everyone’s confessions, and TVs even with patio doors closed. If you like to be on top of people, and constant company this is the place for you. Short 3 night break get booked, beautifully clean, friendly staff cant go wrong. For me its a 1 star but rating 3 as nothing bad and understand why this maybe attractive to others x If your room number is in 400 or 500 don’t go past the cafe, as reception advises go thought it or you will send 1hr looking for your room as we did. Would not return but ok for short break.

唯一的缺点是对面酒店每天晚上都有现场音乐表演。这位游吟诗人以巨大的音量为整个街区演奏，直到晚上23点。

回到这家酒店总是很高兴。总是很好，一切都很好。来这里已经 11 年了。
公寓非常干净，设施齐全，配有厨房。泳池干净安静，配备免费的日光浴躺椅。超市很近，附近还有餐饮场所。前台人员非常周到。物超所值。我们一定会再来的。
