What a wonderfull place. Forget any bad reviews about the pool. We stayed 5 nights and noticed it being tested daily. Just a fabulous holiday and thanks to everyone . We used to go to Competa 30 + years ago and remember Franquelos bar in town. He set up this hotel . Hope they can keep the tradition going

It is getting very tired. Surprised to find the restaurant was closed in the evening as was the bar when we returned at 10pm. The room was large with lovely views but the towels were threadbare and generally the atmosphere was past its sell by date. The staff were very welcoming and it was a good value stay with a continental breakfast but would need modernising before we would revisit
