因为多了一个儿童,不让住,酒店订满也换不了房,不让取消。白白花钱就这样,有儿童的订房慎重。看仔细房型让不让带儿童再下单。
酒店服务不错,但是押金退款特别慢。我联系酒店后,他们让我去联系信用卡公司。同一张信用卡支付的其他酒店费用都已处理了。酒店入住日期是4月16日,今天已经是4月26日了,已经过去13天了。
服务,环境太好了,酒店靠海景色也特别美
太棒了!简直是梦幻般的酒店。
虽然是副楼,去游泳池和吃早餐需要走一段路,但沿途的风景非常美,也成了一种额外的乐趣。
工作人员都非常友善,服务也很好👍🏻
如果再去帕尔马,我还会选择住这里。
强烈推荐大家一定要尝尝早餐,并在酒店多待些时间。
餐厅面向大海,景观很好。餐厅食物做得也不错。
晚餐也建议在酒店享用,环境一流。
就这条件来说,这家酒店不应该卖这么贵。
按摩浴缸冰冷刺骨。
十月份泳池居然没有加热。
窗帘没有拉绳。
整个酒店到处都有管道问题。
我们一到酒店行李就找不到了,花了45分钟才找回来。
这家酒店是米其林指南推荐的,我觉得他们应该退款!这绝对不是米其林星级酒店。
健身区很小。按摩很专业。主楼的房间符合标准,但后面的附楼规划很差。卫生间的玻璃门关不上,阳台上有个游泳池,从街上就能看到。到主楼的路很长。
酒店的公共区域,尤其是老主楼,非常漂亮。员工热情周到,泳池旁的户外区域也维护得很好。新楼里的客房则略显陈旧,需要翻新一下。
