酒店地理位置方便
酒店很旧也很脏。
这家酒店真的很老旧，第一个房间很差，窗户雾蒙蒙的，浴室也很小，但第二个房间就很好，能看到花园和泳池，而且就在拉戈玛楼上。餐厅一般般，我点了土豆泥和果肉，价格很贵，而且味道很糊。泳池还不错。为什么要用树把小湖的景色遮住呢？总之，就这个价格来说，并不满意。
漂亮的公共区域
我觉得公共区域棒极了。超级舒适，装修精美，整洁有序。
我们被安排在LAGUITO楼的一间房，但我觉得它非常难看，陈旧不堪。这栋楼很旧，而且位置也不太好。我要求换房间，结果被安排到了LAGOMAR楼。房间漂亮多了，位置也更好。我很喜欢这里，也感谢酒店的热情款待。
早餐种类丰富，但在我看来质量很差，尤其是烘焙食品。虽然有各种各样的蛋糕和糕点，但它们真的……没什么味道。我们都同意这一点。我还觉得早餐服务有点混乱。
酒店很不错，虽然有些老旧，但总体维护得很好，有些地方也更现代一些。周围有动物陪伴感觉很特别。早餐菜单和高峰时段的空间或许可以改进一下；这里没有地方容纳客人，而且你不得不在炎热的天气里在户外吃早餐。这倒是个不错的选择。
价格过高。如果你是外国人，入住手续办理得非常慢。酒店设施和房间描述完全不准确。我预订的两间双人房在预订确认时被告知有连通房，结果发现只有单人房可以连通，不适合大家庭入住。公共区域没有打扫干净。饮料洒在了房间前，两天都没打扫。他们声称提供“机场接送服务”，但实际上他们会帮你叫出租车。我转了三辆小型本地出租车才到机场。
我付了两个房间的钱，当我们到达时，其中一个房间没有毛巾，另一个房间的浴室完全脏了，浴缸也很脏，我们还留下了一袋我买的东西，当我散步回到房间时，发现房间开着，东西也少了。
我对早餐的期望更高。工作人员非常友好，设施也很棒，但早餐供应的地方太小，客人数量太多。你不得不多次返回，因为食物售罄，种类不多，而且里面找不到座位。其余的都很好。
非常好，但我认为它不应该被评为五星级，房间里有旧的、未上漆的家具，浴室需要很长时间才能得到热水，马桶离墙很近，除此之外一切都很好
太棒了！！很棒的合作关系。无与伦比的品质和价格。我之前在普韦布洛维耶霍住过，现在又搬到了博卡格兰德，我肯定还会再来的！
