The enticing pictures on the website of the the rooms, grounds and beach were not what we encountered. We booked a duplex suite, and the room we were given looked completely different than the pictures shown. We felt we had been completely deceived. Our room was extremely dark, unmodernised, very noisy, right next to the kids pool, had a very small outside space and unappealing views. The air conditioning was not powerful enough to offer much relief from the heat and was extremely rattling and noisy. Many of the buildings on the grounds look tired and run down. The two beaches are tiny and very overcrowded, and largely taken over by loud teenagers. We give two stars instead of one because the room was clean, because the receptionists tried to find us an alternative room (the hotel was fully booked and the other available rooms were smaller and in an unappealing block with courtyard views) and because we were allowed to cancel and receive a refund for the remainder of the booked stay. We left first thing in the morning after the first night.

we have stayed at several H10 hotels. H10 Punta Negra has a nice location and small nice beach. That said, the H10 Punta Negra hotel does not live up to its 4 stars. the hotel is very worn, aircon does not work in the bar and e.g. are the beds on wheels so that a double bed rolls apart. we can therefore unfortunately not recommend this hotel.

Hôtel situé sur un petit cap tranquille loin de l’agitation des ports le soir. Calme, chambres spacieuses ,confortables et très propres. Personnel très gentil. Côté cuisine: délicieux. 1/2 pension avec une carte hyper variée. Piscine très grande. Transat dans l’herbe , au calme . Top

马略卡岛的 Punta negra 是我住过的最糟糕的酒店。房间糟糕透顶，潮湿危险。自从这次旅行以来，我的家人一直因为潮湿而生病。我没法打开行李箱，因为不想让衣服有异味！管理层和董事们更糟糕！他们根本不关心我的孩子，更糟糕的是，我们的行李连同护照和我女儿的哮喘药一起被偷了！被偷了！！没有人关心或帮助。我认为这是内部人员所为！他们已经卖掉了酒店，但 H10 酒店集团的管理层和董事们都是可怕的人！没有人关心，没有安保，没有闭路电视。什么都没有！无论如何都不要来这里！更糟糕的是，我不得不为这次可怕的经历付出代价！
