奥拉酒店的位置非常好,位于巴塞罗那市中心的核心区域,距离加泰罗尼亚广场、加泰罗尼亚音乐宫、巴特罗之家、格拉西亚大道都是几分钟的步行路程,游玩极为便利。酒店卫生状况优秀,装修属于豪华档次,无论是餐厅还是大堂,很有设计感。服务人员周到热情,很主动,细节做得很好,进门有欢迎香槟和茶水、冰饮,早餐档次很高,有香槟、三文鱼、高档哈蒙,还有中式煎饺、蒸饺,味增汤,味道鲜美。顶楼的室外泳池可以看见城市的天际线,超豪华景观!客房唯一的缺点,洗澡的水龙头控温装置很迟钝,洗澡水温控略有故障。瑕不掩瑜,这是一家非常棒的五星级酒店!
非常离谱,傍晚六七点钟在房间睡觉,竟然有人刷开了我们的房门,没看清是不是保洁,但晚上随意进入也挺不礼貌的。早饭,生的番茄有点馊掉了。
设施方面,公区不错,基础房的淋浴有点简单了,厕所没有排气开关,只有一个马桶,气味很难散开。
Ohla Bacelona酒店,差评,完全不值3000+。
巴塞罗那的第一站是住了Almanac,到了这家价位相当的Ohla Bacelona落差巨大。
一,歧视中国人是第一点,面上挂着礼貌笑容但不愿意给予更多帮助,譬如我和孩子推了好多行李进来,他们的door man无动于衷; 譬如,我们是订早餐的,前台在check in时并不主动告知第二天可以在哪里吃早餐,得我们问了才说; 譬如前台要求我把中国家庭住址邮编房子在街道哪一号一个不落都必须写出来,我说我不记得了,两个前台(有一个亚洲面孔)还给我施压,这在其他酒店入住都没有这种情况。已经不是这家酒店管理培训不到位的问题,太多细节隐藏歧视。就是那种中国人的钱他们想赚,但内心看不上中国人;
二,房间的隔音超差,纸糊的一样,酒店内外任何声音都能听的一清二楚,隔壁关门开门声音,讲话声音,外面救护车声音,楼下垃圾箱推拉的声音,都能清楚听到!
三,早餐贼拉胯,选择少,品质差,没有服务;
四,床垫和床品极差,和Almanac没法比; 房间很多设施华而不实,谁用谁知道;
五,房间没有景观的,对着小巷子,不是拉垃圾箱就是有鬼鬼祟祟的人躲巷子里抽烟。
这家酒店如果是五星标准,一晚3000多价位来评价,只值负分。如果有其他选择,避雷这家!
看到酒店义正言辞的回复,在那入住的糟糕的感觉扑面而来,就是这个嘴脸和调调,特别爱高高在上地争论。 事实胜于雄辩,我一个人带着身高只有130的小女孩,拖着2个28寸的大箱子和三个大包,入住时酒店好几个door man就站在电梯口聊天,看见了却没有一位员工主动来帮忙。办理退房的时候同样没有一位员工帮忙推行李。所有员工就这样看着我和我女儿狼狈吃力地挪进来挪出去。 这次西班牙旅行我跑了几个城市的五星,我知道在西班牙五星级酒店应该有的基本服务是什么,而你们没有。 我去过日本,我也知道日本的服务是什么样的,你们宣传的日式服务不存在。 我也读了你们酒店的评论,的确有不少日本顾客提到受到了相应的五星服务,而这些具体的服务我的的确确没有得到。如果再仔细观察,对日本顾客酒店的回复是尊敬的/亲爱的某某先生以表尊重。中国顾客只有亲爱的顾客。 口口声声说重视中国市场,却看着一位中国妈妈和中国小朋友在你们酒店狼狈不堪,不愿意多说一句话不愿意伸出援手甚至不愿意多给一个笑容。 综上所述,这家酒店对国人的歧视隐藏在义正言辞的pua里面,大家要警惕。我建议避雷,到了这个价位,比它强的住处有太多,何必去被人俯视。
酒店地处核心位置,距离各大主要景点都是步行距离,兼顾安全,舒适,设计和出行方便,省心省力。
整个酒店设计出众,房间整洁,我们的房间是面朝小巷,格外安静,特别舒心。早餐丰盛,清晨起来去餐厅,感觉像是晚餐时间。推荐!
酒店位置很不错,在市中心,近的景点步行可达,远一点的酒店旁边地铁出行,不管去哪里都很方便。酒店服务也很好。
酒店整体卫生情况比较干净,前台有一位中文工作人员,很热情,介绍了周边美食,还帮忙订了酒店的米其林餐厅,Caelis,就在酒店大堂楼上,从2018年开始连续8年的米其林餐厅,整体不错,晚餐人均170欧,吃了三个半小时,有时间的话可以体验一下。酒店位置不错,距离车站很近,有A1、A2 bus直达去机场,赶早班机推荐住这里。
我旅行过大约30个国家,住过各种各样的酒店,但这家酒店的服务绝对是顶级的。他们所谓的“OMOTENASHI”(日式待客之道)体现得淋漓尽致。对我来说,住在这里比文华东方酒店还要舒服得多。如果你来巴塞罗那,这家酒店是你的不二之选!它会让你的旅行满意度倍增哦♪
位置便利,还算是安静,对于这个价格的五星酒店早餐比较一般,选择不多,浴室的设计不好会有水流出来,服务态度蛮好的,春节入住酒店还准备了新年祝福的gift。rooftop bar很漂亮。

酒店在市中心,离机场大巴加泰罗尼亚广场站很近。出行便利。酒店不大,房间空间有限,但服务很好,景观不错。早餐中规中矩
酒店非常干净整洁,而且还有线上办理入住,非常时尚便捷!尤其是员工们都特别友善,让我的整个旅程都心情愉悦。
