For the price point, it was a lot nicer than other places I’ve stayed. Room was clean, the rest of the building was clean. Staff were very friendly. I would stay again when I’m back in the area.

=-09? Room was clean and spacious. Front desk staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. Breakfast was varied daily--dining area very well cared for and stocked.

Very nice and helpful desk staff. Clean but in the evening there was an awful permeating cooking odor and the elevator seemed to funnel it and it still smelled the next day with nothing done to help it. The cleaning ladies were very loud in the hall and I waited forever for them to release the elevator

We came for a concert and stayed for the night. Very clean and the staff is amazing. It has all of the amenities we needed. It’s also in a great location close to coffee shops and restaurants.

Getting Worse, Not Better

Upon arrival, I found carpet had not been properly cleaned, faucet in bathtub leaked the entire time, and the refrigerator was not cold, as if it was not plugged in or hadn't been turned on. This is the 2nd time I've stayed in Quality Inn in the past two weeks, and the second time I've had to give a negative review. Nothing has changed. Instead, its gotten worst. Not sure how my reviews are being acted upon. It appears they are not.

Renovations needed

Refrigerator was great- kept our bottled drinks very cold. But overall, needs renovation- carpeted baseboards with carpet falling away from baseboards; toilets and vanities too short; no exhaust fan in bathroom; sticky floors; guest chair in bedroom very short and uncomfortable.

The pool water had no chlorine, sheets had stains, air conditioning worked seldomly, room had an odor, there were bed bugs in some of my family’s rooms. Staff was great, however the facility is a no.
