Why? Lack of compliance to serve guests basic need
Our stay was enjoyed, however, we became irratated because our room was not cleaned daily as promised
We ran out of clean towels & kleenex. Had to take time
twice, to ask for supplies…which we did not receive
We were told the hotel had run out of kleenex. . .really??

Not an ideal location
Hotel hallways needed vacuuming and some of the trash cans were overflowing. Staff was great. Wish there was a better walking path to the downtown.

Yes, plenty of light was provided in the parking lot. I felt safe.
The staff at the front desk were always polite and helpful.The young man with the sandy blonde hair was very kind. He told me his name but I am terrible with names.

It is odd to get to. You can see it from the main road, but tricky to get to it. Therenare a lot of bums hanging around the street you enter from, since there is a homeless "village" nearby. But, there was no trouble and litter not so bad. They just hang out in the area during the day and eves. The area is being developed, so the access may improve someday.

就在机场里面，然后各方面都不错，不过明明是双人房却只放了一套浴巾，另外没有免费停车场，停车挺贵的，246比索一天。
房间很干净。没使用酒店的任何设施。工作人员很有礼貌。唯一的问题是，根据你房间位置的不同，清晨能听到火车的噪音。
这家酒店干净舒适，适合家庭在索诺玛短暂停留。想要感受索诺玛的独特氛围，一定要去向日葵咖啡馆 (Sunflower Cafe)。
