This is by far the best Hotel in North Kivu, Goma City, Democratic Republic Of Congo. The hospitality is a true 5 star, the scenery, meals and the overall location, overlooking the famous Lake Kivu. I really enjoyed my stay over the festivities in 2021. They have wonderful packages to suit everyone. Thinking about a holiday destination, try out Goma Serena Hotel.☺️

在戈马住宿的好地方
你们让世界变得更美好——你们员工的慷慨、一尘不染的环境、令人垂涎欲滴的美食、训练有素的服务员，还有接待团队的专业精神。这家酒店是戈马最完美的酒店。一切都恰到好处。参观了几乎 95% 的房间，一切都堪称完美——从房间、健身房、桑拿浴室、蒸汽浴室、游泳池、餐厅到面向基伍湖的休息区，更不用说俱乐部了。也许只是商务俱乐部有点小。
基伍湖畔的一家很棒的酒店。餐厅旁有一个很棒的户外休息区。餐厅价格合理，但菜单有限。工作人员很有礼貌，尽管服务节奏比较慢。游泳池是休闲的好地方。大堂/接待区展示着带有价格标签的真品艺术品，可供出售。
我是 Serena 的常客，到目前为止我都很满意。这是我第一次来 Spa，也是最后一次。首先，我预约了修脚和修指甲，但显然没有记录在任何地方，他们花了 45 分钟才找到人来做。然后给我修指甲的人弄伤了我的手指，流了很多血。我们停止了手术，但我仍然需要支付费用。我表达了我的惊讶，他们仍然要求我支付一半的费用，我照做了。应该避免去这个水疗中心
体验非常糟糕……第一次换了两次房间，我房间的供水系统出现故障，因为淋浴和浴缸的水非常非常热。第二个房间的电视屏幕一片空白。餐厅体验 5/10。切好的水果不新鲜。根本不值得花钱。宁愿住普通酒店，也不愿住服务差的昂贵 5 星级酒店。
