Lovely stay. Desk staff was delightful and helpful with explaining the amenities of the hotel. The breakfast area was comfortable and clean. Only dislike was that the mattress in the room was uncomfortable, wish it had a better mattress, but I know that is subjective.

The hotel and staff were good. The location is great as it sits really far back from the highway and the rooms have no traffic noise. The only real issue was NO water pressure at all. It literally was a trickle. The room was comfortable and big. Would stay here again hoping they can fix the shower issue.

Our air conditioner didn't work well. Our hotel room was 74 the whole time. Maintenance came to look at it and said it was motion sensors so it will cool down when we are in the room which is a lie. It never cooled down and sleeping was so hot.

Very nice!
This is a new Hampton. It was conveniently located, very clean and quiet. I was so glad they had a walk-in shower instead of the usual tub!

Lake county fair
We stay at this same hotel every year beautiful newer hotel. This year we got the same kind of room we always get. My son pulled out the sofa and on top the sheets was 2 men socks . So clearly was a dirty sheet as well. Then we found a comb in our bed. It was 12:30 when we got checked in so when I went to the front desk the guy was very sweet but could not help or move us rooms. I was told to call on Monday to resolve my issue

Room was dirty. Wroker was extremly rued about the whole sutuation. Room still didnt get cleaned after a request for room to be cleaned was made. Wouldnt recommend this place.
