Excellent stay! The hotel was so clean and everything sanitized. I was amazed at how clean and pleasant our room was. The bed was comfortable which is a must. Best hotel I have stayed at in years. Thank you!!

The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was smallish but clean. The fitness center had sturdy, working machines and number of weights.

Truly an unfortunate experience and response from the manager at this property. We had booked 3 nights at this hotel through *******. We discovered on the third night on the underside of the duvet cover what seemed to be a fresh blood stain. The manager refused to offer any compensation and instead changed up the story. He claimed it was a food stain and told ******* that he was certain the stain was not there when we arrived. And therefore the stain must have come from us. If a stain is on the underside of duvet cover, how would he be so sure it wasn’t there before our arrival. It was clear to me that the guests before turned over the duvet cover to hide the stain and that housekeeping clearly did not see the stain and simply failed to wash the cover. Sorry this was truly disappointing. More shocking that manager responded the way he did. I’m an excellent traveler through ******* and have never issued a complaint. Buyer beware with this hotel.

酒店回复: At your request during our phone conversation, the management did go check the room and found the following... The stain was in a spot that would have been in the center of the bed near the pillows, (This is even obvious in your posted photo that shows the top part of the duvet turned down near the floor) we do not see how that could have been missed for 2 nights and not discovered to the third. When we moved the pillows we found another FRESH blood stain on the main sheets at the pillows. This was also very obvious and yet you make no mention of it. Hotel never said anything about food stains.Hotel did wash the sheets, these blood stains appeared during your stay and not before. The hotel and it's staff take great pride in our cleanliness as is obvious by our scores and reviews. We do occasionally make mistakes and when that happens we will gladly own up to them. However that is not the case for this incident.

Staff was very polite upon checkin me in. The lobby was super clean and had a fresh scent, so did the hallways on every floor. The room clean and most important, the bathroom was clean like new. The only con for me was the noice the a/c made. I’m just super picky with noice. Other that that l do Highly recommend
我来这里是为了参加JMU的一个活动。地理位置绝佳，客户服务也非常出色。下次再来JMU我还会选择住在这里。
因为是路过小镇，只住了一晚。房间干净整洁，设施也很现代。床铺睡起来很舒服，早餐选择多样，味道也过得去。说实话，有点惊喜。价格也很合理。以前住过很多“更豪华”的酒店，花钱更多反而让人失望。
强烈推荐！
唯一有点小失望的是电视上不能看Netflix，但这也不是什么大问题。
设施方面，有求必应。酒店位置很好，附近有很多不错的餐厅，交通也很便利。
我们完全被房间的整洁程度惊艳到了——从头到尾都一尘不染。
下次再来哈里森堡，我们一定会选择再次入住智选假日酒店。
