The young man at the front desk, he was so nice when we check in, it was a bad experience Thanksgiving Day for us in Panama City, only 2 restaurants open, but when he had to drive along way to get back to the Hotel we where wore out. He work with me on getting internet, and was there when we left. Staff!!!!!!

I was very disappointed that I could not change this reservation to another Hilton site. I paid extra for the maintenance which did not serve me at all either. Once I could not make it to this site, there was no negotiation regarding even a partial refund. This nearly ruined my birthday trip. Turned out to be simply a waste of money with no room for negotiation for any option of a different outcome.

The food from the restaurant was delicious with portion size larger than what I expected. The room was very clean with dated furniture. A very nice hotel.

Not specific to this property, but I learned an important lesson. If you book a hotel stay (even though you may prepay for the room) through a third-party, your room is not guaranteed if they overbook the hotel.

I had to book a very last moment stay here after my flight was repeteadly delayed and then put off till the next day, it was a hard day but my reservation was easy to make, check in was very quick and easy, the room was clean and cool l, the bed was more firm than i personally like but i like a marshmellow bed lol and the food was amazing the shuttle ride was easy fo shcedule and rhey wete kind and worked with me when i needed to take it earlier than i had olanned! Wpuld absolutely recomend!!!
