Not specific to this property, but I learned an important lesson. If you book a hotel stay (even though you may prepay for the room) through a third-party, your room is not guaranteed if they overbook the hotel.

I had to book a very last moment stay here after my flight was repeteadly delayed and then put off till the next day, it was a hard day but my reservation was easy to make, check in was very quick and easy, the room was clean and cool l, the bed was more firm than i personally like but i like a marshmellow bed lol and the food was amazing the shuttle ride was easy fo shcedule and rhey wete kind and worked with me when i needed to take it earlier than i had olanned! Wpuld absolutely recomend!!!

I arrived Aprox 1030pm , tires ready to go to bed . First room key didn’t open the room .second room key, door was cracked open , sheets off the bed and room not cleaned , Third time , the room key worked and room was cleaned . Night desk staff, had to go find for the third time . He did apologize for t he trouble which I appreciated .

It was quiet. Easy to check in and gym was fair and simple. Pool was a bit too open and small to use comfortably. Swamp area so nothing else around for at least 20mins but none of that took away from my vacation.

Great hotel, close to the airport and about 15 min from the beach. Not a bad option if you want to also take a nice drive to Destin, Alys beach, etc. It’s only 30 min

This hotel and their amazingly friendly staff exceeded our expectations. We needed a place to stay one night as we flew into the ECP airport, before heading to the beach. The fact they pick you up is wonderful BUT their facilities and very friendly staff was really what made it terrific! Great to have a restaurant on site for our dinner and breakfast the next morning as well. Keep up the great work!!! Wish more hotels held to the standards of this one.
