Breakfast was delicious with great selection. Amazing room! My one gripe isn't with the hotel. Just wanted to give a notice that guest either above the room or also on the second floor were screaming in the early morning.

The staff was kind and helpful. Very nice comfortable room. Two minor complaints would be that the mattress was not comfortable, and housekeeping was inconsistent. I would recommend this place and will stay there next time we’re in West Bend.

Unsafe

Was supposed to be handicap accessible, room was ok for wheelchair but bathroom wasn't. No shower chair at first but they went a bought one for me. But no grap handles in shower and shower floor very slippery for a one legged amputee , also couch was listed as a double pull out bed, it wasn't. Daught and her family had to sleep three in bed.

We have been staying here for years. Always our first choice.

Occasional new staff member since the last visit. Sometimes the arent the greatest. There is a skinny reddish hair man who likes to charge for water when in fact every other staff member has given it complementary.

Other than that a breakfast lady who appears to dislike her job. This will still be our top choice

Nice but noisy

Hotel is very nice. But there is next to no noise proofing. The people next to us has their tv blasting until midnight along with hallway doors slamming all night.

Located just off Main St in downtown West Bend. Walkable to small business shopping, theater, and numerous restaurants. Very good breakfast options. Newer modern building and amenities. Enjoyed our stay. Would recommend.
