I booked a king bed and I was given 2 queen bed room and I was told thwy were full and couldnt accommodate.

We had issue w/bathroom door, which was handled quickly, Manager was nice! It took me asking to get the remaining of my $50 deposit back 3+wks after stay…but overall, great room & great stay. Recommend!!

Wouldn’t recommend
We stayed 3 night. The breakfast was tolerable the first 2 days but not great, the 3rd day no meat and eggs & potatoes were hard. The 3rd night I got no sleep because of a continuous loud beeping, and found out in the morning it was our carbon monoxide detector. They said several other guest complained of it too. I felt like they should have offered some compensation but did not.

We booked here because was close to the hospital. The room was great, beds comfortable, and was easy access for us.

Very comfortable room: large bathroom with double sinks, big walk in shower and plenty of counter space. The room itself was spacious: plenty of space to chill out, relax, or work if you needed to. TV reception was glitchy but that was most likely a service provider issue, not the hotel. Not a big issue for me, but might be for others if it happens routinely. In-room coffee was pretty awful (WHY do hotels use the worst coffee ever in their guest rooms? To make sure we definitely check out on time?) The complimentary breakfast was OK (decent coffee! Variety of packaged pastries, cereals, breakfast sandwiches, bagels, the obligatory pancake machine, and hot selection of biscuits (tasty), gravy, sausage, and scrambled eggs (don't go for the eggs. Just don't). Also a yogurt dispenser with assorted mix-ins (a large assortment, which was really great). And fresh fruit. So: plenty of choices for a quick bite, but if you want a great, hearty breakfast: go elsewhere . Customer service and cleanliness was exceptional. I'd definitely stay here again. But I'll bring my own coffee pods for the room.

Have stayed here 8-+ times, and always find it in top form! Only suggestion is to have fresh brewed coffee rather than coffee syrup mixed with hot water.

I was impressed with this hotel. The staff was kind and helpful. The rooms were modern, clean, and the beds were super comfortable. I unfortunately didn’t get to use the pool but it looked very well maintained. I would highly recommend this hotel. I will stay here again when in this area.

出乎意料的惊喜！惊喜到我多住了一晚。房间很大，浴室更是超大，里面有宽敞的步入式淋浴间和两个洗手池！浴室入口还有两扇谷仓门，设计很特别！早餐本可以更好，但也不算太差……就是 typical 的酒店早餐。总的来说，这家酒店非常棒！我没去游泳池，但看到不同时间都有人在里面，所以我想应该也不错！我是通过第三方预订的，价格非常划算，能住到这么好的地方简直太值了！下次再来这个城市，这里将是我的首选！强烈推荐！！！完全没有可抱怨的！！！
