In need of a desperate upgrade, check in was at 14:00, flat was not ready till 16:00, front doors at entrance open to public 24 hrs, no security, no one at reception at all, photos attached will show only a few details, aircon working good but very noise during the night. Flat is good sized but a 2 seater sofa for 4 people dont work, furniture is worn and damaged....80% of blinds missing or not working, kettle in a unuseful state ( black element inside with bits flaking off ) all in all if a good makeover is done it would be a pleasant stay but we where charged 280€ for two nights and for the state and condition the rooms are its over priced, regardless if in or out of season

Stayed here for 2 nights and although the entrance is very grand and looks lovely, the rest well below par. Rooms are clean but quite dated. Air con is tricky. Ours didn’t work the first night so the room was a sweat box. There isn’t technically a checkin process. I paid up front and they tried to charge me twice. Took 30 mins to fix it as the lovely lady in charge couldn’t speak a word of English. She was back and forth shouting at someone on her phone while I was standing there looking totally bewildered waiting for Basil Fawlty to stomp around the corner beating Manuel with a spoon. A shame really because it’s a pretty place in a great location. If you want budget then it may be the place for you but the air con issue spoiled it for us.

If driving to the hotel you need to enter from the Campomor direction & is situated directly opposite the road stop sign of the road you are entering from. Google Maps get a bit confused, advising turn right, then turn left, while the hotel is right in front of you! I suggest turning right, where there was ample street parking. On entering the hotel we were greeted by the pungent smell of the drains! A note on the reception desk advised us to advance to room 1° 5, where we checked in. Unfortunately our room was unavailable at that time, so left our bags, being told it would ready "in an hour". Double bed & bedroom room is a good size but the mattress seemed worn & we constantly found we were drifting into the middle! A little more care regarding cleaning & dusting would be desired. Extra blankets were provided, if required. Bathroom of good size with shower in the bath. Good size kitchen containing fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine, kettle etc. Large living room table & chairs basic settee & balcony, but no outlook, other than the adjacent hotel or a café from the toilet window! Our room 1° 2 can be a little noisy being so close to the '*****' & a local cafe, who assemble their chairs & tables around 6am! Issued with WiFi password & code to entrance door for out of hours entry - Worked fine. There were no signs of the smell of the drains in the apartment although it was still very apparent in the foyer, when we checked out. Well placed if your main objectives are the cafés, bars & restaurants, in the area.

This was a last min stay and had a fantastic time close to everything bars restaurants. Apartment was very clean and comfortable and had everything you would need aircon fantastic !!! We also spent alot of time out by the pool most of the time being the only people there was a great sun trap staff friendly and would definitely stay again 🙂

This hotel is perfect. The reviews I have read about this place do not reflect our experience, perhaps some people are being political, which is not fair or very British. It is immaculately clean. You get an entire apartment within a hotel, not just a room. The furniture is clean, modern and everything you need including a fully functioning kitchen with a washing machine. We found it very quiet, no outside noise, perhaps because we pulled down the Persianas? The pool area is beautiful with a lovely, pretty garden and amazing pool. We had it to ourselves most of the time. It's a family run hotel and we found them to be very friendly and helpful. Most of them only speak a few words of English but they all speak Spanish. You are staying in Spain, it's not unreasonable to be able to speak a few words in your host countries language. If not, there's always Google translate. We had a couple of minor issues when we first arrived. We told the guy on reception and he was there in 5 minutes putting them right. It's really conveniently situated, 5 mins from the beach and just around the corner from the main *****. Lovely hotel, as I said the previous reviews did not reflect our experience, we had an amazing stay. The air con is very welcome and at no extra cost, as in some places. IF we ever go back to cabo roig, we will definitely stay here again, it was perfect with stunning outdoor area.
如果你正打算预订，千万别相信他们说入住前几天才扣款，即使他们声称可以免费取消。我之前就订过一次，两天后他们就扣了我全款。我取消了，但八天过去了，还没收到退款。我已经联系过他们，但一直没有收到回复。我觉得这是个骗局，而且他们非常不专业。
简直是个垃圾场，千万别去！卫生状况极差，房间问题多多。前台也经常无人值守。真的，千万别订这家，简直就是个睡觉的地方。
预订了两晚，结果只住了一晚就走了。房间非常脏，床铺都是行军床。噪音很大，而且酒店里连饮用水都没有。绝对不是三星级。服务也差劲透顶。在我看来，连一星都配不上。其他客人也和我们一样。非常失望。
一流的公寓，设有 2 间舒适的卧室。一个漂亮的厨房和浴室。正确的位置。一切都在步行距离之内。易停车。宜人的游泳池。哈利的完美欢迎。距离一个非常漂亮的海滩 5 分钟路程。距离阿利坎特 40 分钟车程，可通过高速公路抵达。周围有很多值得一看的东西。这个季节的价格非常合理

完美，一切都超级好，工作人员很友好，游泳池超级干净，时间也很好，唯一的问题是床很不舒服，否则我明年会毫不犹豫地再来。
