房间干净整齐，床品舒适，有送瓶装水，第一天还有薄饼。
酒店位置很好，步行可到都市阳伞和二世桥，早餐很好吃。服务态度也很好。
房间还好，因为在巴塞的房间比较大，这里的房间可能小了1/3，所以比较起来就有点点落差。服务也可以，中规中矩，没有特别好或者不好。前台有位女士不苟言笑，有点点不像五星级
我们在这家酒店住了四晚。总体来说，它达到了我们的预期，但就其整体品质而言，我觉得价格有点偏高。酒店地理位置很好，就在老城区中心，但缺点是晚上会有点吵。礼宾部/前台员工非常乐于助人，态度也很好。房间很干净，但仍有改进空间：1. 我们的浴盐和其他一些物品没有及时补充；2. 浴袍不是特别干净。
房间空间很充裕，两个30寸箱子可以轻松放下，酒店很新。分左右两幢楼，离得很近，早餐在Checkin的楼里，内容挺丰富。一层楼房间不多，挺安静的，有Rooftop bar和健身房、泳池等配套设施。前台很热情，酒店软糖挺好吃的，出门就是广场，买东西吃饭都很方便。可惜没有多待两天，下次去塞维利亚会再次入住！
酒店位置很不错，在附近吃吃逛逛都挺方便，饮用水是入住后送过来的玻璃瓶装水，晚上还有开夜床服务，到底是老牌酒店。
早餐比较简单，服务人员少，耐心也比较少。
服务太差不解决问题只说一堆理由，订的景观房和高楼层确安排了最差的房间窗户都不敢开，淋浴间堵塞整个卫生间都是水。
塞维利亚老城区，无论去西班牙广场，还是王宫，无论是大教堂还是城市之伞，走路都是几分钟，酒店对面就是全西班牙连锁百货商店英国百货。地理位置确实方便。
房间还不错，无论电视台还是床和枕头，都不错。
洗手台有点小，浴室的水温调节也颇为魔幻。
最大的问题是，房间里没有WiFi 信号，崩溃了……
早餐还可以吃。服务态度也不错。

酒店很新很干净，是我喜欢的轻奢风，房间也大，地理位置好出行方便，走1公里不到就能到大教堂了，各方面服务都不错！
总体来说挺好的，就是隔音效果很差！
很棒的员工，很棒的房间，地理位置也很好。酒店很新，一切都很完美。酒店靠近主街，如果你有车，附近有停车场，每天29欧元。
