Had a very pleasant stay. Quiet, clean, excellent breakfast, and a nice touch of a classic and modern aesthetics. The front desk staff was a little bland in terms of their personality and energy which seemed to reflect being on auto pilot. Not much enthusiasm but they were not rude in any way shape or form. Just wished the personality of the front desk staff matched the vibrancy and elegance of the hotel.

我预订了一间带两张大床和步入式浴缸的 ADA 客房。由于房间已满，他们给我安排了一张 ADA 客房里的特大床。他们说这间客房已经停用，所以如果能把床撤掉或者显示没有空房，那就太贴心了。房间空间足够我使用助行器。我不喜欢没有淋浴座椅。早餐不错，包括热食和许多其他选择。
我尝试打电话询问能否提前入住，在六个小时内打了大约十次电话，但始终无人接听。到达酒店后，却被告知“抱歉，其他客人已经获得了提前入住的资格”。
地理位置优越。自助早餐很棒。我们四月中旬去的，泳池在室外，这让我有点失望。我很喜欢他们大堂里的咖啡机。
