Hotel person at front desk not friendly. Making jokes about football teams. Later in trip same front desk person could not help us with Television that was not working. Hot tub at hotel not working. One of the reason's that I booked there. I should get a refund of one day.

Overall, it was great. There was one annoying incident though - my wife tripped a breaker when she was using the blow dryer. Never had that happen at a hotel so it was certainly unexpected. They reset it quickly though so it wasn't too bad but we did have to move quickly to checkout.

I personally have pretty bad anxiety and it can be hard to speak up for myself. My boyfriend and I were really looking forward to using the hottub because we both work physical jobs and have been a little extra sore lately. I had made a comment to the lady before we were fully checked in about our excitement to use it and had asked her how late it was open. She told me 11 and we finished checking in.

Once we settled into our room we went downstairs to the pool where we found it almost pitch black because no lights were on not even the pool lights. We went to the front desk where we waited over 6/7 minutes for someone to come to the desk. The younger guy came out and I asked if the pool closed early because the lights were all off and he said no. I asked him to please turn some lights on because you literally could not hardly see in the there. He told me that it was for "effect". I was kinda confused but I just kindly said okay and went back to the pool room. My boyfriend and I didn't feel safe walking around in there because we'd hate to slip and get hurt because of not being able to see that well but we were determined to get in the hotub because that was the SOLE purpose of our stay. Before we attempted to get in we wanted to get the jets on and came to find they wouldn't turn on. We decided we would get in anyway but once we put one foot in we realized the water was super cold. We again went to the front desk and told the guy about the situation where he finally goes oh

Everything was great other than the young man we spoke on the phone with and checked in with on Friday night. He seemed like he hated his job and life over the phone and in person.

The bed and pillows were very comfy, room was clean, shampoo/cond/body wash/lotion was nice; free drink for adults (either alcoholic or from their little store),

Wonderful!

Super clean and quiet room. Beds are extremely comfortable! Desk staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast had everything! Will stay again.

Great Room

Comfortable bed with a nice soft pillow. A great handicapped shower with even a shower chair! I did find a long black hair on the counter and in the shower, but otherwise clean room. A plus was a free drink from the bar.
